Teaching Private Information Solution Mechanism Research

In simulation of university market, students are similar to the owner of the currency, the teachers are similar to goods owner and on the dominant hands.Aiming at the existing mode of teaching quality supervision and control of defects, this paper presents a three-dimensional solutions: initial teacher turns listing class system, process object of two-way and surplus of laboratory team construction.The system is a student elective class in listing on teacher evaluation mechanism. Competition mechanism for college teachers of private information can resolve the teachers' private information. It is a primary way for resolve, because the teacher that is not be chosen and the students have no formation of information asymmetry relation. From the beginning he loses his private opportunities for information, so this system for teachers is a kind of source type warning, his behavior has a significant impact.The object of a two-way system refers to the system which has its specific target for such as teachers and various examination training. A two-way system refers to a kind of communicating with each other between the managing and the managed and the mutual feedback, rather than mere teacher reports for managers or administrators to teacher's examination. The object of a two-way system realizes information feedback through the management of teachers' training and teachers'supervising management department.
