Research On The Construction Of Teacher Team In Private School

The competitiveness of private schools mainly depends on teaching quality,and the key to teaching quality lies in the construction of teaching staff.To seek the development of private schools,it is necessary to establish a stable teacher team with qualified structure,excellent professional ability and efficient cooperation.W Middle School in Weifang City,Shandong Province is a well-known local private high school.Its teacher team construction is typical and representative.Through consulting relevant school materials,field visits and in-depth interviews,we can summarize and sort out the problems in the following five aspects in the current construction of W Middle school teachers: Unreasonable age,gender and educational background structure,affecting educational activities and teaching quality;High staff mobility,resulting in the instability of teacher team;Unstandardized management system,lowering the efficiency of organizational management;Lack of exchange and training,weakening teacher’s post-service development;Low work enthusiasm,leading to burnout at work.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes and summarizes the reasons behind the problems,which mainly include the following six aspects: poor introduction of teachers,low salary and welfare,high pressure of working environment,lack of management ability,weak awareness of cooperation and exchange as well as lack of incentive mechanism.After a careful study of the reasons,the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward,including optimizing the way and system of introducing teachers,improving the salary and welfare treatment of teachers,creating a good internal cultural environment,attaching importance to the selection and training of middle-level leaders,and paying attention to teacher training as well as external communication.
