We put up with our viewpoint that morbid fluid retention due to deficiency of yang and qi is basic pathogensis and the fundmental method of treatment is reforcing Qi,warming and activating yang and reducing morbid fluid retention.2. The status of AR in modern medicineIt is summed up thoroughly that the summary of AR, cause of AR, classification of AR, pathogenesis of AR and clinical treatment of AR and model of animal in modern medicine, especially the pathogensis of AR in immunology. The status of the study of the xiaoqinglong decoctionIt is stated about the study of xiaoqinglong decoction syndrome and the summary of clinical and experimental study of xiaoqinglong decoction. MethodsThe healthy male wistar rats weighting 200-300g is divided 5 groups randomly, which is individually normal group, model group, xiaoqinglong decoction treatment group, variant xiaoqinglong decoction treatment group, astemizol treatment group with 8 cases in each group. Generally sensitized rats are received repeated local booster sensitizeation into nasal cavity with egg albumin.
