Based on this, Yin-deficiency constitution, the typical imbalanced constitution type among population, is chosen to be the research object, Professor Wang Qi's Constitution Questionnaire in Chinese Medicine and cross-sectional investigation method are applied in this research.772epidemiological investigation cases are acquired, eliminate5invalid cases, the valid cases number is767. First, judge the constitution type by counting the questionnaire score.728single constitution type cases and39compound constitution type cases are included in the767valid cases. Consequently, TDS test are carried on the728single constitution type cases. Besides Yin-deficiency constitution, the major research object, other constitutions are minor ones in the study. Try to summarize the regularity and generality of Yin-deficiency constitution in TDS by testing each case's physical ability state, metabolism state, movement state, autonomic nerve state and mental and neural state. So that the correlation between Yin-deficiency constitution and TDS auxiliary diagnostic technique can be found, and the objective diagnosis proof of Yin-deficiency constitution can be offered. Finally, try to determine whether TDS can be used as the auxiliary diagnostic technique of Yin-deficiency constitution. In addition, statistical analysis and study is put on39cases compound constitution.As a result, Yin-deficiency constitution's distribution has obvious difference in different sexes and ages. Compared with ideal constitution, the state of physical ability and metabolism of Yin-deficiency constitution are higher, and its autonomic nerve's function is in disorder, mental and neural activity state is abnormal, mainly in mental stress state. But in movement state, there is no obvious difference exists between Yin-deficiency constitution and ideal constitution. Concerning to energy distribution of twelve meridians, energy of heart, spleen, stomach, large intestine, kidney, gallbladder meridians are lower. The correlation between TDS test and its internal organs convinced that the theory of testing viscera via the state of internal organs is scientific. Besides, the existence of compound constitution in population is objective. The descriptive and inferential statistics of39cases compound constitution displays that Yin-deficiency constitution is easily compounded with Qi-deficiency constitution and Damp-heat constitution. And the comparison between Yin-deficiency constitution and Yang-deficiency constitution convinced the objectivity of both Yin and Yang Deficiency theory in TCM. So is it with Qi-deficiency constitution and Yin-deficiency constitution. But the problem on compound constitution needs further study.On the whole, Yin-deficiency constitution is a kind of constitution characterized by both higher state of physical ability and metabolism and functional disorder of mental and neural system. And TDS is suitable to be used as the auxiliary diagnostic technique of Yin-Deficiency constitution. |
