In the 21 st century,with the rapid development of the social economy and the widespread application of science and technology,the medical level continues to rise,which has led to the continuous extension of human life expectancy and the aging population in our country is gradually becoming obvious.According to relevant data,the number of elderly people aged 60 and over in China will reach 255 million in 2020.The aging population continues to deepen,and the number of elderly people with care needs is gradually increasing.How to improve the elderly through efficient and healthy care information(English)services The quality of life in old age;how to alleviate the relative shortage of social medical resources,and reduce the burden of retirement for families and society will become the focus of future research on pension issues.Based on user needs theory and information-motivation-behavior skill model,on the basis of reading a lot of literature,this paper combs the current situation and existing problems of care information service,proposes that the concept of care information service should be centered on health,and determined that health The influencing factors of the center's care information service further construct a health-centered care information service evaluation system.It aims to improve the quality of care information services and improve the quality of life of the elderly by evaluating health-centric information services.This paper builds a health-centered care information service evaluation index system from three dimensions: health-centered care information value,information service platform and information service quality.On the basis of these three dimensions,six secondary indicators and 33 tertiary indicators,including information content,information quality,traditional platform,network platform,service process and service effect,are expanded,and the meaning of each indicator For a detailed explanation,the weight of each third-level indicator is calculated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.After empirical analysis,the scientific and feasibility of the evaluation system is verified,and through data analysis,problems and deficiencies in health-centric care information services can be found,and service optimization strategies are proposed.
