According to the primary production, processing, circulation and sales, during the supply chain, we constructed a bee product quality and safety model and database. Based on a traceability system, it is an effective way to search the origin of the bee products quality and safety and it also creates the data management system for the files.There are no unified and standard management for the bee products from manufacture to the sales, so the paper constructs the bee product quality and safety model to solve the problems. It is discussed to standardize of the five key aspects for the bee products industry chain. In order to get a well quality in the origin of honey, procurement, manufacturing processes, transport and sales, we must follow the relevant standards strictly. Besides, it is built one-to-one model for bee product quality and safety to ensure that each stage is recorded in more detail. At last, the traceability systems for bee through the five operation specifications and one-to-one data model have been designed. The file data is recorded in a unified way by the system so that it can provide traceability information of bee products quality safety for us.On the basis of the features of the bee products industry, the paper introduces the model of bee products quality and safety, database model and retrospective barcode by using of ULM technology, professional design tools and international coding technique. According to the constructed model and algorithm analysis, the traceability management system of bee products quality safety is designed with the mature network technology, database and other advanced information technologies. The whole process of the bee products quality will be monitored and managed, and it is a good way to protect the bee products quality and safety. When the quality problems arise, we can find the source of the problem promptly and conveniently by the system. |
