In the process of the development in human sociaty, the relationship between religion and politics is an important force to promote social interaction forward. Tibetan people living in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, in response to special ecological environment and unique geographical frontier, started to spread this teaching more than a thousand years ago. With the Inheritance of Tubo royal power and the communication with the outside world, Tibetan Buddhism gradually entered the upper ruling strata of society, and gradually affected the daily economic life of ordinary people in the shift struggle with bon. It was the social nature of the Tibetan military slavery, which decided the relationship between the elite group as the ruling class and the majority of the civilian sectors as the ruled class. On the one hand, the slave owners dependent on the majority of the population to provide a lot of taxes and labor, so that they could continually get more manpower and materials to expand outwards under the constraints of limited resources; on the other hand, the majority civilians must continually provide free labor and a lot of means of subsistence to the ruling class at all levelsalthough they only had a small amount of arable land. The relations of production of Military slavery made the social relations developing from the period equal to the period unequal between the tribal alliance of Tubo royal family, elite class at all levels,and the majority of the civilian,contradictory relationship among them increasingly acute. Religious involved, aiming at easing these intricate mediation and contradictory relationship.Tubo church-state relations is the main content of their social structure, mainly in three aspects:one is to establish the legitimacy of the teaching Tubo royal family, and this is gradually Catholics in political life of a threat to the political Tsanpo authority, so the introduction of Buddhism to become royal Tsanpo new choice; the second is the complex relationship between the Tubo royal family and the elite class, it needs to coordinate and balance the power of religion, Tsanpo and big on or between other dignitaries the battle, the last class rely on religious mediation or intervention to quell; the third is this religion and Buddhism at different times of the royal Tsanpo plays the role of different degrees, Gambo before Tsanpo royal taught almost entirely dependent on this to acquire and consolidate power, followed by Trisong Dhetsan, Tritsug Dhetsan and Khrilde gtsugbtsan and several other respected Buddhist Tsanpo initiatives, is means and strategies the royal regime collapse hostile forces using religion.The process of Tibetan Buddhism from its entering to slow development and promote, demonstrated the dependence on politics and religion dynamic reaction function, along with changes the Tibetan royal regime from weak to strong and then weak. The nature of the Buddhist during Tibetan period can be attributed to government-run religion advocated by Tsanpo royal family.
