Owing to the management methods of hospitals in Chinawhich is changing from experienced management intoquantitative standard and total quality management, theold methods can not satisfy development of hospitals. Itis because of collecting data manually, not processingdata and feeding back of information in real-time, lackingof predicting and explaining result6. At the base of studying the levelof processing hospital information and implementing thefirst edition of AUTOANA, this paper deals mainly withgoal, strategy and techniques of the system.AUTOANA is a software system which is used to analyse,diagnose and predict data from hospital information systems(HIS). The main control program written in 8086 assemblylanguage calls and loads different function models.Collecting data program written in Foxbase Plus 2.1 seeksfor source databases, manages indexes, views and modifiesdifferent databases, collects and calculates automaticallydate in real-time.
