The Experimental Study On The Rabbit's Avascular Necrosis Treated With Jian Gu Capsule

Objective:To confirm the effective treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH) by Jian Gu capsule through animal experiment. To investigate the refin-effect of ANFH . Methods:60 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into four groups: normal, model, Jian Gu capsule group and masculine Comparison group . The models were producted by cooling with the fluid nitrogen, bonhist morphologic,serums and hemorheology indications were observed in the study. Results:The method of Jian Gu capsule reinforcing kidney is effective in preventing from the development of ANFH. The effect is better than that of groups. Conclusions: The Jian Gu capsule' has the remarkable repair protective function to the stock bone aseptic necrosis, gets sick one of effective methods for the clinical treatment book.
