Clinical And Experimental Study Of Using Jian Piyuxiaoyin Treating The Old With DM

Objective:To study the prophylaxis and treatment of diebetic of the old using Jian piyuxiaoyin.Methods:according to the machinism of the old with DM,we establish the threatment for the disease that strenthening spleen-Qi as well as tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation,60 Patients with DM were divided into two groups by random,among ThesePatients,test group(30)were trested by Jian piyuxiaoyin,and control group(30)were treated by Tang Maikang granule,two months was a course of treatment.After 60 days,the experiment index(blood glucose,blood lipid,blood rheology,HbA1c,insulin IAI compared to Those in the beginning.And observe and Conform the effects of Jian piyuxiaoyin on blood glucose,blood lipid,insulin and the effects on SOD,MDA in rat model with DM .Results: The clinical study showed that Jian piyuxiaoyin had good therapeutic efficacy in the old with DM,could effectively improve the clinical symptoms,descend the blood glucose and blood lipid ,improve blood circulation and sensive index of insulin(p<0.01).There is significant difference between the test group and the control group(p<0.01).And it is verified that Jian piyuxiaoyin has obvious effects on lower blood suger blood lipid, improving the level of insulin sensitivity of insulin,and descend MDA improve SOD the flow of the Red Blood Cell film,the treatment significantly better than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Jian piyuxiaoyin can prevent and treat DM of the old.
