The Experimental Study On The Mechanism Of Jiuchongdan Treating DPN

Objective: To offer the evidence at the molecular level for developing Chinese herbs further we investigate the mechanism of Jiu Chong Dan treating DPN and the effect on RAGEmRNA expression of sciatic nerve on the model of experimental diabetic ratsMethods: Successfully reconstructed the model of DPN after injecting the Wistars' left lower-abdomen with streptozotocin (STZ) one time.We divided the models into 7 groups randomly.They are model group,high,middle and low dosage of JCD group,AG-treating group,Methylcobalamin(MCA)-treating group, No vonorm-treating group and the normal control group.There were 10 in each group.We observed the effect of JCD on Blood sugar,GSP,changes of hemorheology,MNCV,AGEsmRNA and RAGEmRNA level in sciatic nerve on model rats by the technic methods of eilectrophysiology ,pathology,molecular biology etc.Results:1.JCD could significantly decrease blood sugar,GSP and improve hemorheology,in which the high does of JCD could get the best result.2.JCD could rise MNCV of diabetic rats greatly, in which the high does of JCD could get the best result that had no market difference compared with MCA.3.JCD could decrease the expression of AGEsmRNA and RAGEmRNA in sciatic nerve of diabetic rats, in which the high does of JCD could get the best result that had no market difference compared with AG.Conclusion : JCD could prevent and cure DPN on the followings:decrease blood sugar and GSP,relieve the damage of...
