Objective:To study and research the therapeutic action of JCD to DPN Wistar rat,Observe the influence to serum levels of T-SOD,MDA in Rats with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. Approach DPN pathogenesy further.To develope the Chinese drugs preparation of efficaciously treat DPN.Methods:Select healthy Wistar rats(body weight 220g±20g)70 cases.Adaptivity feeding one week.Choose 10 one randomly as normal control.The rest 60 cases used for making mode.After absoluting diet 12 hours,Successuflly reconstructed the model of DPN after injecting the Wistars'left lower-abdomen with streptozotocin(STZ)onetime.We divided the models into 6 groups randomly.They are model group,high,middle and low dosage of JCD group,Erjiashuanggua group and Mikebao group.There were 10 in each group.After 8 weeks,we observed the effect of JCD on body weight,serum, goucoseblood-serum-insuline blood-serum-C-peptid level,T-SOD,MDA on model rats by the technic methods of Eilectrophysiology and Pathology.Results:1.JCD could significantly,decrease DPN rats' serum glucose,increase blood-serum -insuline and blood-serum-C-peptid level.2.JCD could rise MNCV of DPN rats greatly.3.JCD could increase remarkably superoxide dismutase and activities and reduced malonaldehyde levels of DPN rats in which the high group of JCD could get the best result.Conclusion:JCD could prevent and cure DPN on the followings:decrease serum glucose, increase blood-serum-insuline and blood-serum-C-peptid level,rise MNCV,increase remarkably superoxide dismutase and activities and reduced malonaldehyde levels and inhibit oxidativestress in plasma and sciatic nevre.
