Animal mode with traditional Chinese medicine symptoms is the core in animal experiments, and the experimental study on animals should be made merely under the scientific mode. Two aspects are involved in the mode assessment: One is the assessment on the general mode-making approach; the other is assessment on widely-accepted mode-making approach. The positive assessment on the mode-making does not necessarily mean that all the experimental animals will be qualified mode, some of them may be substandarded due to the improper time, dosage, environmental factors and the animals' physique themselves, therefore, the appraise of individual animal mode is necessary in order to ensure up-to-standard modes and confirm its ultimate accuracyThe main contents: 1.Establish the assessment standard of reinforcing spleen ratsThis standard should be set up under the guide of traditional Chinese theory. According to the animals' physiological and pathological character, then combining long-term experiments with clinical diagnoses, supplemented by all sorts of documents. 2.Develop systematic software on the experts in this fieldthis software is mainly to covert the mode identification into computer procedure, and enter the initial index into it, then the subordinated value will be figured out automatically, furthermore, the computer can judge whether the value has been up to the standard or not. In this software, the machine can the formula of the function freely, revise its constant and coefficient and value, then analyze all these values.3.use mode identification methods to evaluate the spleen insufficiency three syndromes model of big ratsat first, the fuzzy subset and the theory area of the model evaluation should be established. U, in my theory, is set as the factor-evaluating area in which the big rat spleen deficiency model is assessed. According to the evaluation standard of spleen deficiency syndrome, such area should consist of the syndromes as well as the body characters manifested by the ill modeled big rat. After that, the related data of every evaluating factor in the fuzzy subset A should be obtained by establishing the related and observation methods. Finally, we can make a comprehensiveassessment of the spleen deficiency three syndromes model of the big rat by building a fuzzy mathematics model.4.use mode identification methods to observe the effectiveness of the recipe that is formulated to cure the big rat spleen deficiency.After using the methods mentioned above to assess the effectiveness, we can draw a conclusion as follows:Using fuzzy mathematics identification methods to evaluate the big rat spleen deficiency model, we are able to digitalize the degree of each rat's spleen insufficiency and discard the rat that does not correspond to the model standard in the following experiment, thus, to ensure the accuracy of experiment result. The details are as follows:1.the comprehensive evaluation score of each spleen-Qi deficient rat is 0.501~1. Nine of the rats are given the score of 1 in terms of their comprehensive evaluation. When A, =0.7, four rats(a4,a19, 325,325) do not live up to the requirement of building models; hence, they are not supposed to enter into the next experiment phase.2.the comprehensive evaluation score of each rat that suffers from deficiency of the spleen-Yang is 0.54~1. Nine rat's comprehensive evaluation score is 1. When A =0.7, two rats (by,bi2)do not reach the standard of making the model and are kept off from the following experiment stage. 3.the comprehensive evaluation score of each rat that has deficiency of the spleen-Yin ranges from 0.432-1. six rats get the score of 1. When =0.7,three rats (eg ,C9,C29) fail to meet the model-building requirement and are eliminated from the following stage experiment.In traditional Chinese therapy, the body characters and syndromes of a patient is more than often obtained by" observation, auscultation / olfaction, inquiring and palpation " .
