Clinical Study On Treatment Of Parkinson Disease With Electroacupuncture Scalp Point-Through-Point Therapy

Clinical therapeutic effect and mechanization study on treatment Parkinson's disease with electroacupuncture Scalp Point-through-Point therapy .Clinical study 120 cases of Parkinson's disease were SAS randomly divided into 40 cases electroacupuncture Scalp Point-through-Point therapy group (treatment group) and 40 cases acupuncture group(control group) and 40 cases taking orally Madopar medicine group (control group). Clinical therapeutic effect were evaluated by motor dysfunction rating scale for Parkinson's disease and function obstruct for TCM oldly age tremor syndrome, amplitude and frequency EMG of treatment group before and after being treating and transient effect of EMG after acupuncture were measured .It was measured that three group DA,SOD,LPO, GSH before and after being treating.TheResults show:The effective rate of electroacupuncture ScalpPoint-through-Point therapy group was 97.30%, the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than in acupuncture group 80.56% and Madopar medicine group 61.54%,with a significant difference between the groups P<0.01/P<0.05,there were statistically significant difference between the acupuncture group and Madopar medicine group (P<0.05). Sometime, electroacupuncture Scalp Point-through-Point therapy group and acupuncture group could decreased side effect, contrasted acupuncture group (P<0.01), electroacupuncture Scalp Point-through-Point therapy group and acupuncture group could decreased medicine dose. Electroacupuncture Scalp Point-through-Point therapy can quickly treat amplitude and frequency EMG of treatment group, the effective rate of 100% and obvious transient effect. Electroacupuncture ScalpPoint-through-Point therapy can in change DA, SOD, LPO, GSH in internal, there were significant difference between before and after being treating(P<0.01),there were significant difference between the control group,Electroacupuncture Scalp Point-through-Point therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on Parkinson's disease.Study on treat Parkinson's disease of Electroacupuncture Scalp Point-through-Point therapy provided a new way in clinic, the theoretical base was establish in which Parkinson's disease with electroacupuncture Scalp Point-through-Point therapy mechanism.
