| In this research paper, we discussed the pathogenesis of Cervical spondylosis(CS), research the CS from clinic and animal experiment guided by my tutor's therapeutic method "Jin three needle", Tianzhu , Bailao, Dazhu(Jing three point) are selected as the main points, accompanied other body points according to differentiation of symptoms and signs, traction was adapted for control trail. We estimated Quality of Life(QOL) of the CS patient and after treatment by Galvano-acupuncture(GA) by the Questionnaire of Health Survey(SF?6) and the Questionnaire of QOL only for CS which we made it ourselves ,supplied data of CS patient's somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) treated by GA. By using the model of inflammation of cervical nerve root in rat, we try to detect the mechanism of the analgesia effects of GA in different levelsincluding entirety, cell, molecule and gene level. The main conclusion were as followed:1. Used the GA to Jingo three point, we have treated 60 cases CS patient, healed 22 cases, obvious effects 21 cases, effects 13 cases, no effects 4 cases, whole effects rate is 93.33%, GA group's therapeutic effects is significance better than that of controlled group, we measure CS patient's pain by the Shortform McGill Questionnaire, found that GA has a better effects of analgesia than that of contraction, GA can stop pain in three course .After analysis the relationship between age and clinical therapeutic effects, we found that both of the two therapeutic method have a good effects for the young, but a bad effects for the old.2. We found CS patient's SEP wave range is less than normal, except N9, the reduction of N13 and N20 is significance, CS patient's SEP wave latent period(LP) is prolong, except N13~N2o wave, the increment of N9~N,3 and N9~N20 were significant. There are four kinds of changes of CS patient's SEP , wave PL and/or interval PL(IPL) prolong (32cases constitute 53.3%), shorten of wave (27cases constitute 45%), disappear of wave or bad differentiation^cases constitute 10%), PL and/or IPL prolong accompany shorten of wave(18 cases constitute 30%). There are a obvious change in CS nerve root and CS marrow, the obvious change of CS root is shorten of Nu> Nn and/or N13 PL and N9~N13 IPL prolong, the obvious change of CS marrow is shorten of N13 and/or N,3 PL prolong, wave obscure or PL prolong after N13, N9~N13 and N9~N20 IPL prolong. There are different in potential of CS patient's SEP , the change of N,3 is the most obvious, shorten of N13 accompany N9~N13 IPL prolong.GA has a significance function of raise CS patient's wave range, reduce SEP IPL, both of them is better than that of control group. There is a good correlation between clinical therapeutic effects and SEP improvement. So, SEP can reflect CS patient condition and clinical therapeutic effects, can be as an objective target of diagnosis and treatment of CS.3. In the investigation of SF?6, it shows that GA can improve CS patient's physical functioning, rale-physical, body pain, vitality, social functioning, role-emotional, mental health. The improvement of body pain, physical function and mental health are significancebetter than that of control group. In CSæ¡»OL which we made it ourselves, it shows that GA can improve CS patient's body pain, motion functioning, related syndrome, related signs, viability, mental and psychology, GA group is better than control group in improve CS patient's body pain, motor functioning, sensory functioning, viability, mental and psychology. It can evaluate the whole CS patient health condition and therapeutic effects to investigated patient's QOL.4. We do the animal experiment by the inflammation of cervical nerve root in rat, found that interfere measure (impression of filter paper and chemical irritation of formalin) is the key in the course of model making. This model's pain threshold, local tissue PGE2, 5?HT, histamine, substance P of cervical marrow is significantly raised.
