Objective The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of massage combined with resistance training on the quality of life of patients with cervical spondylotic radicular disease, and to explore a new treatment for clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radicular disease. Methods 70 patients with cervical spondylotic radicular cervical spondylosis were divided into experimental group and treatment group, with 35 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with massage and resistance training, and the treatment group was treated with massage and cervical vertebra exercises. The changes of health questionnaire, pain visual analogue scale and clinical evaluation scale of cervical spondylosis were observed in two groups before treatment,at the end of treatment, one month after treatment, two months after treatment, and three months after treatment.Complete statistical analysis and evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results1 Before treatment, there was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease,SF-36,VAS and CASCS between the two groups which met the inclusion criteria. There was no significant difference between them(P?0.05).2 Analysis of the results of treatment at the end of a course of treatment:2.1 Comparison of VAS scores in two groups of patients(1)At the end of the treatment, the experimental group and the treatment group were respectively compared with the treatment forward group, with significant differences(P < 0.05),suggesting that both treatments can alleviate the pain of the patients.(2)Two groups of patients at the end of the treatment, the experimental group compared with the treatment group, there was no significant difference(P ? 0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the treatment group in alleviating the pain of the patients.(3)Two groups of patients in the treatment after one month, two months after treatment, three months after treatment, the experimental group compared with the control line between groups, there were significant differences(P ? 0.05),the experimental group was more obvious in relieve patients' pain.2.2 Comparison of SF-36 scores in two groups of patients(1)At the end of the treatment, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the treatment group(P < 0.05),suggesting that both treatments could improve the quality of life of the patients.(2)Two groups of patients at the end of the treatment, treatment after the end of a month, two months after treatment, three months after treatment, the experimental group compared with the control line between groups, there were significant differences(P?0.05),the experimental group was more obvious in terms of improve the quality of life.2.3 Comparison of CASCS scores in two groups of patients(1)At the end of the treatment, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the treatment group(P < 0.05),suggesting that both treatment regimens could improve the cervical function of patients.(2)Two groups of patients at the end of the treatment, treatment after the end of a month, two months after treatment, three months after treatment, the experimental group compared with the control line between groups, there were significant differences(P?0.05),the experimental group than the treatment group in terms of improve the function of patients with cervical spine is more obvious.2.4 Comparison of curative effect after three months of treatment After three months of treatment,of the 33 patients in the experimental group,8cases were cured,17 were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 93.93%,the effective rate was 75.75%,4 cases were cured,10 cases were cured, effective 13 cases, invalid 5 cases, total effective rate of 84.37%,significant efficiency of 8 cases in the treatment group. There was a significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups(P?0.05),indicating that the experimental group was more obvious than the treatment group in improving the quality of life of the patients.2.5 Adverse event The clinical efficacy of 70 patients who met the criteria was observed. No adverse reaction occurred during treatment and after treatment. The therapy is a safer method. Conclusion Based on the principle of randomized control,we applied massage combined with resistance training and massage combined with cervical exercise to treat cervical spondylotic radicular disease. We observed the changes of VAS,SF-36 and CASCS scores, and drew the following conclusions:(1)Both the experimental group and the treatment group could reduce the VAS score, improve the SF-36 score and the CASCS score.(2)The reduction of VAS score in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the treatment group.(3)The improvement of SF-36 score in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the treatment group.(4)The improvement of CASCS score in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the treatment group.(5)There were no adverse events in both the experimental group and the treatment group during the study. In summary, combined with cervical operation for treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type method, safe and effective anti resistance training combined with massage and massage massage, however, with resistance training in reducing pain, improve cervical function, improve with massage combined with cervical vertebra exercise more obvious quality of life.
