The Evaluation Index System And Sustainable Development Model Of China Forest,wetland And Wildlife Nature Reserve By Social Forestry Engineering

Based upon the effective management of Chinese forest, wetland and wildlife naturereserve and economic development of region, development present condition of nature reservewas researched, the natural, economic and society factors that affect nature reserve constructionwere evaluated and classified, the key factor was found. At the last, on the base of analyzingdifficulty and problem of nature reserve construction, the nature reserve social forestryengineering development models were advanced, this will provide basic for policy-making ofnature reserve construction and management. The main result is:1.The Present research states clearly, the construction of Chinese forest, wetland andwildlife nature reserve made great progress. It is in condition of conso1idated and strengthenmanagement. Many problems still existed. For example, the area distribution of nature reserve isnot even, area is too small, investment is not enough, culture level of management staff is toolow, etc. when social forestry engineering was put into effect, the social and economic factor isimportant factor.2.By factor analysis and cluster analysis, Chinese nature conservation unit by province wasdivided into seven types. They are middle-management type, middle-construction type, easterncoastal-management type, northeast abundant forest resource type, southwest abundantbio-diversity type, northwest wetland and wildlife type, Xizang-Hainan type. The result makesup former defect.3.On the base of different type nature reserve social forestry engineering evaluated indexsystem, by factor analysis, different type nature reserve was evaluated. The result stated thatevaluation is reasonable.4.By natural, social and economic indexes, the nature reserves were divided into 4 typesand 13 sub-types. The characteristics of different type nature reserves were analyzed. The resultexplained difference and coordinating extent, import better theory basic for implement of naturereserve social forestry engineering.5.By forestry science, society science, conservation biology, law and ecology, includingproblem, management tactics, technology tactics and guarantee system of law and policy, thenature reserve social forestry engineering development model of different types were researched.The result has guiding sense.
