Sustainable Development Model For Changqing National Nature Reserve

Natural resources and natural environment are fundamental substantial conditions human relies on for subsistence and social development. Biodiversity conservation and sustainable development are two hot issues attracting global attention. Practices prove that establishment of nature reserves is one way to conserve biodiversity effectively. Natural conservation and the wise use of natural resources are great important or significant to ecological equivalence, biodiversity conservation, scientific research and exchange and cooperation, economic development and the enriches of people's material and cultural life.Currently, the development and construction of nature reserve is getting into a new important development period in China, facing new opportunity and challenge. Under the new situation of market economy, how to consolidate the construction production that had already obtained and to advance the sustainable development of nature reserve, become a very urgent important mission in development and construction of nature reserve.Establishing nature reserves is a basic measure to conserve natural resources and environment. Based on the synthetic study of the recent development in the theory of sustainable development of nature reserves at home and broad, the conception of nature reserve and sustainable development were determined, and the theory of sustainable development of nature reserve was formed with three-dimension synthesis of zoology, economy, society. Under the subject of Changqing national nature reserve in shaanxi, this article, firstly, discusses the general situation and exsiting problems of Changqing's nature reserve in sustainable development. Then through the analysis of sustainable development model of nature reserve at home and abroad, this article proposes of a sustainable development model of the Changqing Nature Reserve Construction: forestry sector & research institutions (University) & community (farmers). Thirdly, it put forward four options future development models of Changqing Nature Reserve. Applying analytical hierarchy process and expert advice, through constructing evaluation indicator system of sustainable development, this article evaluates four development models and advances that forestry sector & research institutions (University) & community (farmers) is the best development model. Finally, it suggests approaches nature reserves should take for sustainable development in Changqing.
