In the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,the slogan "Speeding up the reform of the ecological civilization system and building a beautiful China" was put forward.However,the key to solving the dilemma of ecological civilization construction today is to strengthen the people’s profound understanding of environmental issues and further improve the people’s ecological ethics.In this process,one of the important ways to achieve this goal is to propagate science propaganda in nature reserves.The construction level of the popular science education system and the effectiveness of its missionary education are the core of the protection of the national ecological ethics level.In 2014,the Guangdong Provincial Department of Forestry promulgated the “Guidelines for the Construction of a Science Popularity System for Forestry Nature Reserves in Guangdong Province(Trial)”(Yue Lin Han [2013] No.348),which greatly promoted the construction of a science education mission system in nature reserves.development of.At the same time,it lacks a corresponding evaluation system to evaluate the status quo of the science education mission system in nature reserves.In this context,in order to explore the evaluation methods of popular science missionary education system,we must understand the current level of construction of popular science propaganda systems in Guangdong Province Nature Reserves,understand the needs of the development of environmental missions in nature reserves in Guangdong Province,and urgently need to formulate propaganda missions for nature reserves in Guangdong Province.The system evaluation system will improve the construction level of science education propaganda system in nature reserves,and give full play to the central role of popular science propaganda system in propagating science education in nature reserves.The paper is guided by discipline theories of environmental psychology,environmental education,and communication,and adopts the literature research method,comparative analysis method,case study method,and expert consultation method according to the principles of objectivity,quantitativeity,and practicality.After three rounds of indicators The amendments and screenings set up the "Guangdong Provincial Nature Reserve Science Popularity System Assessment System" from six aspects: planning and design,mission centers,outdoor mission facilities,mission activities,operations,and effects.A total of 100 assessment indicators were established.Based on the principle of different levels,different types,and different objects of protection,the paper selected five nature reserves as the object of the case study,and adopted the constructed “Guangdong Provincial Nature Reserve Science Popularity Education System Evaluation System” to the science education mission system for nature reserves.to evaluate.The results show that the construction level of popular science education mission system in forestry natural reserves is not high;there are mainly few visitors at the mission center;the number of mission activities is insufficient;the form of missionary activities is simple;the propaganda and promotion of missionary work is low;the types of outdoor mission facilities are not complete;Get timely and effective feedback and other issues.The paper further analyzed and contrasted the differences between the national,provincial,and city-level nature reserves in the construction of the popular science education mission system.It was found that for the national nature reserve,the establishment time was early and the investment was intense.The foundation of the science education mission system has been established.Basically complete,but due to the failure to further upgrade and optimize the science propaganda system,so the effectiveness of the mission failed to meet expectations.After more than ten years of construction and development,the provincial nature reserves have begun to take shape and conditions are set to establish a complete popular science education system.The current shortage is the protection of the preparation personnel and construction costs.The funding sources for the popular science education mission system in county-level nature reserves are single;the most urgent task is to complete the construction of the popular science education mission system and implement staffing.The study believes that the scientific education mission system for forestry natural reserves in Guangdong Province should be further improved in terms of strengthening scientific research monitoring,improving the level of education activities,strengthening external propaganda,expanding the influence of education,enriching the forms of education activities,increasing the appeal of education,and strengthening audience research.Level and strengthen the effectiveness of popular science missionary system.
