Research On The New Residence Construction In Mountain Area Of Hebei Province

New residential construction is important in the new rural construction.In the current new rural residential construction of systemic study, the monographic studies according to the residence in mountainous area in hebei province are weak.In the mountainous area in Hebei Province of the provincial total of 136 counties nearly 1/6,the village construction lagged far behind the general level,so The new residential construction is the important link which can’t be ignored.With the new socialist rural construction as an opportunity, this study based on the particular area of the mountain view. Through to research the special natural conditions, economic status and production of lifestyle etc.in mountain area,combine ecology theory, generalized architecture theory etc. ,the paper analysed the problems existing in the new residence construction of mountain environment.The study combined with the advantages of traditional residence in mountainous region,summarized with the universality of the mountainous country,explored new development model,and played the role of the typical guide.From the"special"--some mountain area as a starting point ,it summarized applicable way for the residential design in mountain area to instruct the new countryside construction in other mountain area.It formed the "special-common-special" of ideas to guide the practice,in order to have the applied meaning with theoretical,practical,pertinency and maneuverability. The aim of all is to realize improve the quality of life finally farmers,improve the village environment,and keep the sustainable development.Based on the background of the new rural construction , the paper discussed the origin, the research topics of the purpose, significance, the thesis researched framework and methods.The paper analyzed from three angles:The first part discussed the relation of the mountain residence construction and environment.As a result of a mountainous area and ecological system (geology, terrain,climate, hydrology, vegetation and so on)close,building activities and ecosystem have the close contact of mutual influence and mutual restriction. As the activity at specific area,mountainous area construction must be researched with ecology.We should set up the mountain ecological view, making the mountainous area construction in the sustainable development way.The second part analyzed the new residential construction at the present stage,including the needs ,problems of mountainous new residence.The third part researched the characteristics of traditional mountainous residence of Hebei Province.This article put forward the feasible method which can use in mountain region new residence,through the ecological research of material selection, structure, plane composition,vertical design, village colony and culture emotion , etc.of the Hebei Province mountain region traditional residence, and expecting to applying the concrete mountainous new residence construction, at the same time, makes the traditional construction culture value to lasting and development.On the basis of the above analysis, the paper induced the measures with the new residential construction,and further discussed the measures of the application in the new residential construction in Mountain Area of Hebei Province.From different aspects such as monomers, group ,it gives targeted construction advice.This article put forward the design train of thought for mountainous new residence, by studing the feasibility of the old and new houses in the development of construction.Construction activities should based on the current state of the economy with the principle of adjust measures to local conditions, not only satisfied the objective situation, but also highlighted the local characteristics, to make mountain new rural construction getting the development of science.
