Wang Shizhen's Practices And Concepts About Landscape

Wang Shizhen is a famous scholar in Ming dynasty. His academic achievements are very extensive. For example the literature, history, calligraphy, painting and drama, etc. Anyhow, he is an important scholar in Ming dynasty. But his achievements about landscape, including his practices and concepts about it, are unknown by most people. So, it is a great regret.This paper's research objectives of Wang Shizhen's practices and concepts about landscape are Wang Shizhen's biographys about landscape. On the aspect about this paper's research area is a part of the research of specialized history about landscape. Besides, it will apply to the newest research methods of history, aesthetics, philosophy, and so on. The ultima purposes of this paper are the excavations about the traditional culture of China. Simultaneously, it will summarize Wang Shizhen's practices and concepts about landscape, and fills the blank of this territory.This paper use the form of explanatory research. It covers six parts. The first part mainly introduces the reason of the parper.The second part mainly introduces the person-Wang Shizhen and his achievements. The third part mainly introduces the Wang Shizhen's practices about landscape. In this part, Yan Shan Garden(Yan Garden) is the most mainly practice of him. Yan Garden is located the locality of town. It is a genuine landscape. The fourth part mainly introduces the Wang Shizhen's concepts about the landscape. Yan Garden as the representative of Private Gardens of Ming and Qing dynasty in regions south of the Yangtze River is very perfect. Yan Garden reachs the peakedness of landscape construction. So, Yan Garden has the practical value. Another, it is the necessary condition testifying Wang Shizhen's history status. From the fourth to the fifth chapter, the mainly content of the paper are about the activities of Wang Shizhen's appreciations of landscape. The distinguish between the fourth and the fifith chapter is obvious. The content of the fourth is scattered. But the fifith is systemic. Mr. Chen zhi says that Wang Shizhen's most articles about landscape should be regard as the monograph about the Landscape Architecture. As his view, Wang Shizhen as a Landscape architect is undisputed. About this view, I hold out. In these parts, I put forward my individual view that it is the theory of Landscape Nature. The last part is the six chapter. This chapter mainly introduces the concept of lanscape. The content incoulds three parts. One is the carrier of Wang Shizhen's concepts of landscape. The other is the structure of his concepts. The last is the meaning of it.In a word, this paper inclouds two verdicts. The one is that Wang Shizhen is contributive to the Chinese gardening history. This contributions are mainly made up by Nature Landscape, the idea of nature exist of landscape and the idea of authentic records. The other is that Wang Shizhen is a landscape architect in the Chinese gardening history.As we known, the Landscape of Chinese is belong to Chinese Traditional Culture. The Chinese Gardens are the most perfect in the whole world. So, I hope that this paper is as beautiful as Chinese Gardens. I think I can.
