Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head With Taohong Siwu Liquid Combined With Shock Wav

Objective: A study to observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of Tao Hong Si Wu Liquid and shock wave in the treatment of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head.Methods :In this study,84 patients with early-stage femoral head necrosis treated in the outpatient clinic of the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the period of2021.10-2022.12 were selected,and the 84 patients were divided into 42 patients in the treatment group(treatment measures:oral peach red four substances liquid combined with extracorporeal shock wave)and 42 patients in the control group(treatment measures: extracorporeal shock wave alone)by the random number method,and 4 weeks were used as 1course of treatment,for a total of The overall efficacy of the two groups was evaluated by observing the patients’ visual analogue score of pain,hip flexion function and walking distance at 2 months after treatment.All data obtained were analysed using the statistical software SPSS version 26.0.Results: There were 2 cases of total hip joint replacement in the treatment group and 2 cases of loss of follow-up in the control group,and the final number of cases involved in the study was 80.1.Comparison of general information of the two groups: there was no statistical difference between the groups in terms of gender,age and disease duration(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of efficacy: the VAS score,hip flexion function and walking distance of the two groups improved after 2 months of treatment,and the efficiency rate of the treatment group was 95% higher than that of the control group(77.5%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);3.Comparison of indexes: the pain classification of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the hip flexion function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the walking distance of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both groups had an impact on improving the patients’ hip pain,hip flexion function and walking distance,and the treatment group showed better improvement than the control group.
