Objective:Through the research method of data mining,professor Xie Jun mined and analyzed the outpatient cases of chronic viral hepatitis B with the help of TCM inheritance computing platform software,Summarize the academic experience and drug rule of Professor Xie Jun in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B,Provide experience reference for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat this disease.Methods:The medical data of December 2021 from January 2018 and clearly diagnosed with chronic viral hepatitis B were collected,A total of 208 cases meeting the study requirements were selected,collected medical records were standardized and recorded into the Excel template form according to the format requirements of the research software to establish the database,Then uploaded to the TCM inheritance computing platform for analysis,According to the results,the clinical experience and medication rule of chronic viral hepatitis B were summarized and analyzed.Results:The analysis of 208 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B yielded the following conclusions:(1)There were 127 male patients,accounting for 61%;There were 81 female patients,accounting for 39%;The male-female sex ratio is about3:2.(2)The largest number of people was aged 40 – 49 years old among all patients,at68,or approximately 33%.(3)Common symptoms are bitter mouth,poor appetite,fatigue,restless night sleep,dry mouth,etc.(4)The common forms of chronic viral hepatitis B are liver depression and spleen deficiency,liver and gallbladder,spleen,kidney,liver and kidney Yin deficiency,liver and stomach incompatibility and blood stasis,Accounting for 42.3%,26.4%,13.0%,10.1%,5.8% and 2.4%,respectively.(5)High-frequency drugs for the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B are licorice,atractylodes,bupleurum,paeony,pinellia pinellia,Dangshen,tangerine peel,etc;The drug nature is mainly warm drugs,up to 1199 times;The drug flavor is mainly sweet medicine,up to 1,657 times.The meridian is mainly classified as the spleen meridian,lung meridian and liver meridian.Efficacy analysis and statistics showed that the use of deficiency-filling drugs and heat-clearing drugs was the highest frequency,reaching 866 times and 350 times,respectively.(6)In the association rule analysis,the support was adjusted to 52,and the confidence was set to 0.8.The drug combination with high correlation was composed of baishu,Dangshen,Bupleurum,Scutellaria baicalensis,licorice,pinellia pinellia,white peony and tangerine peel.(7)The K-means algorithm unique to TCM computing platform is used to analyze the prescription rules of prescriptions,Adjusting the "number of clusters" to 6yields six core sets of drug combinations,they are(1)Guizhi-dried ginger-black plum-Coptis-chinensis-white peony-Angelica-Xinxin;(2)Licorice-schisandra-tangerine peel-Ze diarrhea-windbreak-pale-atractylodes-bupleurum;(3)Licorice-white spell-pinellia-Dangshen-tangerine peel-Chai hu-tuckahoe-white peony;(4)Licorice-atractylodes-paeony-papaya-cooked rehmannia-oxu-pinellia-Fu god;(5)Bupleurum-licorice-Angelica-white peony-Atractylodes-Dangshen-method pinellia-astragalus;(6)Front car-burning licorice-white peony-green skin-pinellia pinellia-jujube kernel-white art-hawthorn.Conclusion:1.Professor Xie Jun believes that the main pathogenesis of chronic viral hepatitis B is exogenous dampness and heat evil poison,internal liver,spleen and kidney deficiency.Liver depression and spleen deficiency is the most common in the clinical evidence type,Among them,atractylodes and bupleurum are the important drugs to replenish the spleen and drain the liver.2.Professor Xie Jun’s treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B medication is mainly warm,The taste of medicine is mainly sweet,The drug are mainly spleen,lung and liver meridian,High frequency commonly used drugs for licorice,atractylodes,bupleurum,white peony,pinellia,dangshen,tangerine peel,etc.3.Professor Xie Jun’s common drug combination for the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B mainly involves the lung,spleen and liver,Reflect his using five elements theory and the academic thought of many dirty homology.4.Professor Xie Jun is popular and flexible in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B,The treatment principle is mainly sparse liver and soft liver,clear benefit dampness and heat,repleate the spleen soil,conditioning in the coke throughout,at the same time,tonifying kidney and warm Yang,promoting blood circulation and connecting collaterals...
