Study On Compensatory Medication Rule Of Professor Jiang Yiping’s Diagnosis And Treatment Of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis Based On Data Mining

Objective: Using data mining technology,to explore the prescription medication rules of Professor Jiang Yiping in the treatment of compensated liver cirrhosis;Inherit and carry forward the clinical experience and academic ideas of famous old Chinese medicine,hoping to provide reference for Chinese medicine to treat the compensatory period of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods: By collecting and sorting out the cases of Professor Jiang Yiping treating patients with liver cirrhosis in the compensatory period,the eligible cases were inputted into Microsoft Excel version 2019,and the corresponding database was created.Finally,the association analysis and cluster analysis methods of IBM SPSS Modeler 18 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used to summarize the TCM prescription rules and academic ideas of the mentor in treating this disease.Result:1.The top ten traditional Chinese medicines for frequency analysis are: turtle shell,salvia miltiorrhiza,bupleurum,licorice,ligusticum chuanxiong,angelica,sparganum,zedoary rhizome,tangerine peel,and raw materials.2.Association rule analysis: The core drug pairs of Qi stagnation,blood stasis,and phlegm coagulation types include Curcuma zedoary,Sparganum,Curcuma zedoary,and Turtle Turtle Turtle Turtle Turtle Turtle Turtle Turtle Turtle Turtle Turtle Turtle;The core drug pairs of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type include bupleurum,licorice,bupleurum,and codonopsis pilosula;The core drug pairs of the liver stagnation and qi stagnation type include Bupleurum chinense,Xiangfu,Xiangfu,and tangerine peel;The core drug pairs of damp-heat resistance type include Yinchen,rhubarb,Lysimachia,and rhubarb;The core drugs for the Qi Deficiency and Blood Deficiency type are Astragalus,Angelica,Grain Germ,and Malt.Cluster analysis shows that:Qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm coagulation type: C1: neem,corydalis,aurantium aurantium,red peony,peach kernel,bupleurum,turtle shell;C2: Zedoary Turmeric,Sparganum,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Wulingzhi;C3: Achyranthes bidentata,Sangdi,Safflower,Chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Liquorice,Muxiang;Type of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency: C1: Amomum villosum,Alisma orientalis,malt,licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Muxiang,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Bupleurum chinense;C2: Hawthorn,Shenqu,Chicken Neijin,Grain Bud,malt,Pinellia ternata,Codonopsis pilosula;C3: White peony,orange peel,Poria cocos;Type of liver stagnation and qi stagnation: C1: acacia,rose,turtle shell,salvia miltiorrhiza,fructus aurantii,licorice,and magnolia,C2: tangerine peel,Xiangfu,white peony,tulip,Chuanxiong,and bupleurum;Damp heat medium resistance type: C1: Baimao root,Zizhu leaf,Gardenia,Sophora flavescens,C2: Plantago seed,Fangfeng,Alisma orientalis,Poria cocos,Artemisia capillaris,Lysimachia,C3: Turtle shell,Salvia miltiorrhiza,rhubarb,dandelion,cuttlebone,scutellaria baicalensis;Qi and blood deficiency type: C1: White peony,Chinese yam,Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis pilosula,Angelica sinensis,C2: Grain bud,malt,Fulin,Ganoderma lucidum,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Turtle shell,Astragalus membranaceus.Conclusion:1.The frequency analysis of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in this study showed that turtle shell,salvia miltiorrhiza,bupleurum,liquorice,chuanxiong,angelica,trigonopsis,zedoary turmeric,tangerine peel,raw ground and other high-frequency drugs.It can be seen that Professor Jiang is good at using drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,drugs to soften hardness and dissipate stagnation,drugs to clear heat,drugs to tonify deficiency,and drugs to soothe the liver to treat the compensatory stage of hepatitis B cirrhosis.2.Professor Jiang’s core drugs for treating the type of qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm coagulation in the compensatory phase of hepatitis B cirrhosis include Rhizoma Curcumae,Rhizoma Sparganii,Rhizoma Curcumae Zedoariae and Turtle Turtle Turtle Turtle;The core drug pairs of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type include bupleurum,licorice,bupleurum,and codonopsis pilosula;The core drug pairs of the liver stagnation and qi stagnation type include Bupleurum chinense,Xiangfu,Xiangfu,and tangerine peel;The core drug pairs of damp-heat resistance type include Yinchen,rhubarb,Lysimachia,and rhubarb;The core drugs for the Qi Deficiency and Blood Deficiency type are Astragalus,Angelica,Grain Germ,and Malt.The core compatibility medicine pair mainly focuses on promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis,softening the hard and dispersing nodules,soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,clearing heat and detoxifying,soothing the liver and promoting qi,and tonifying qi and blood.It comprehensively reflects the therapeutic principles of Professor Jiang Yiping’s emphasis on resolving stasis and softening the hard and dispersing nodules,strengthening the spleen and nourishing the liver,clearing away dampness and heat,and supporting the right and eliminating pathogenic factors.3.Professor Jiang’s representative prescription for treating the type of qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm coagulation in the compensatory stage of hepatitis B cirrhosis is Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction;The representative prescriptions for the type of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency are Chaishao Liujun Decoction and Baohe Pill;The representative prescription for liver stagnation and qi stagnation type is Chaihu Shugan San,while the representative prescription for dampness heat resistance type is Yinchenhao Tang;The representative prescriptions for the type of Qi deficiency and blood deficiency include Danggui Buxue Decoction,Guipi Decoction,and Sijunzi Decoction.
