Study On The Rule Of Medicine For The Treatment Of CSM By Professor Liu Bailing,A Master Of National Medicine Based On Data Mining

Objective: To summarize and discuss the clinical drug rule and academic thoughts of Professor Liu Bailing,a master of Chinese medicine,in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods: 120 cases of outpatient prescription for cervical spondylotic myelopathy were selected and recorded by the master of Chinese medicine,Professor Liu Bailing,and a drug database was established.The frequency statistics,cluster analysis and association rule analysis were used to analyze the compatibility of Liu Lao in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Results: The drug with a cumulative probability of less than 90% in the database had45 flavors such as astragalus,angelica and aconite.It is a high-frequency drug for the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.High-frequency drugs can be divided into four categories by cluster analysis.The first category is: Aconite,Angelica,and Astragalus;the second category is: Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Scutellariae;the third category is:sclerotium,scorpion,white silkworm,cinnamon,Yuanhu,Alisma,fragrant,Gastrodia elata;the fourth type is alfalfa,puerarin,turmeric,licorice,and epimedium;through the analysis of association rules,the commonly used drugs such as angelica and astragalus,aconite and astragalus;the three drugs are associated with black-snake,licorice and cassia,spatholobus,peach kernel and safflower and other drugs;four drugs associated with peach kernel,cinnamon,chicken vine and spatholobus,scorpion,earthworm,cinnamon and epimedium and other drugs.Conclusion: Professor Liu Bailing takes qi and blood as the key point in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy,and attaches importance to the theory of “kidney main bone”.The results of cluster analysis and association rule analysis objectively reveal the characteristics and prescriptions of Liu Lao clinical medication.
