Study On The Medication Rule Of Professor Li Suling Based On Data Mining In The Treatment Of HBV-related Cirrhosis

Objective: According to Professor Li Suling outpatient treatment of liver cirrhosis patients with medical records collected,using the method of data mining analysis,explore the regularity of prescription of Professor Li Suling in the treatment of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis,summarize the clinical experience in the treatment of this disease,in order to better guide the clinical use of Chinese medicine.Methods: Through collection of Professor Li Suling outpatient treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients medical records,standardized treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the medical records of the name,and then establish a database.The use of data mining methods,such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,was used to summarize the rule of drug use.Results: A total of 210 patients met the inclusion criteria of medical records,prescription 630.There were 175 flavors in Chinese medicine,and there were14560 frequency.1.The frequency of traditional Chinese medicine was over 50%,including tulip(97.8%),angelica(97.5%),bupleurum(97.5%),poria(97.3%),salvia miltiorrhiza(96.6%),ligusticum chuanxiong(96.3%),cannon artillery(95.7%),stir fry(95.2%),magnolia(90%),fructus aurantii(87.1%),chen(86.7%),nut(84.4%),kanekin(71.6%)),stir fried malt(70.5%),codonopsis pilosula(68.9%),yin chen(67.8%),alisma orientalis(61.6%),and big belly(51.4%).2.In accordance with the drug efficacy,Chinese medicine can be divided into 16 categories,the use of high frequency for the tonic(16.8%),blood stasis(16.3%),qi medicine(14.9%),dampness medicine(14.9%),the wet medicine(12.2%)and digestion medicine(7.4%).3.According to the analysis of association rules,the two drug combination frequency ranked 10 with tulips and bupleurum,tulip and angelica,tuckahoe and bupleurum,tulip and ligusticum chuanxiong,tulip and tuckahoe,radix angelicae andradix bupleuri,poria and angelica,salvia miltiorrhiza and tuckahoe,tuckahoe and baizhu,salvia miltiorrhiza and angelica.The three drug combination frequency of the top 10 are tulip poria and bupleurum,poria angelica and bupleurum,tulip angelica and bupleurum,tulip poria and angelica,tulip chuanxiong and poria,tulip chuanxiong and bupleurum,tulip poria and roasted atractylodes macrocephala,tulip chuanxiong and angelica,salvia tulip and angelica,salvia tulip and bupleurum.The four drug combination frequency of the top 10 are tulip poria angelica and bupleurum,tulip chuanxiong poria and bupleurum,tulip poria roasted atractylodes macrocephala and bupleurum,tulip chuanxiong poria and angelica,tulip chuanxiong,angelica and bupleurum,tulip poria roasted atractylodes macrocephaly and angelica,salvia tulip poria and bupleurum,tulip chuanxiong poria and roasted atractylodes macrocephala,poria roasted atractylodes macrocephala angelica and bupleurum,salvia tulip angelica and bupleurum.4.Through cluster analysis,we can get five core medicine combinations.The first group: angelica,tulip,cortex magnolia,bupleurum,artillery mountain armor,salvia miltiorrhiza,tangerine peel,fructus aurantii,chuanxiong,amomum,fry atractylodes,tuckahoe,codonopsis,chicken inner gold,fry malt.The second group: polyporus,alisma orientalis,big abdomen skin,plantago,poria peel.The third group: herba artemisiae capillaris,radix paeoniae rubra,rhizoma of radix rubra,red bean and herba lysimachia.The forth group: corydalis,cuttlebone,rhizoma bletillae,coptis chinensis,wu zhuyu,calcination,licorice and licorice.The fifth group: patchouli,perrin,cardamom,coix seed,stir fried atractylodes rhizome,pinellia ternata,shi jian chuan,cyperus rosea,costusroot,and fried divine comedy.Conclusion: Doctor Li believes that the core pathogenesis of the disease are blood stasis and spleen deficiency.The principles of treatment include activating blood stasis and strengthening spleen,regulating qi and blood,and treating liver and spleen simultaneously.
