Study On The Regularity Of Professor Zhang Chao’s Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B Based On Data Mining

Objective:The purpose of this study is to use data mining technology,with the help of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform V3.0 software to mine and analyze the outpatient medical records of Professor Zhang Chao ’s treatment of chronic hepatitis B,to explore the medication rules and core prescriptions of Professor Zhang ’s treatment of chronic hepatitis B,the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and national medicine.The characteristics of diagnosis and treatment summarize Professor Zhang ’s clinical experience in treating chronic hepatitis B.Methods:From October 1,2020 to December 31,2022,the medical records of patients who were diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B in the outpatient department of Professor Zhang Chao of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.In strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,90 cases and 230 medical cases that met the research requirements were screened out.After standardizing the content of medical records,the database was established in the Excel template according to the requirements of the research software format,and then the database was uploaded to the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance calculation platform V3.0 software for statistical processing and analysis.According to the statistical results and combined with clinical practice,the medication rules and clinical experience of Professor Zhang Chao in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B were analyzed and summarized.Results:1.Among the 230 cases of chronic hepatitis B in this study,156 were male patients,accounting for about 68 %,74 were female patients,accounting for about 32 %,and the ratio of male to female was about 2.11 : 1.The oldest patient was 65 years old and the youngest was 18 years old.Among them,the number of people aged 20-49 was the largest,with 190 people,accounting for about 83 %.2.This study involves a total of 73 kinds of TCM symptoms,the frequency of the top 10 are : fatigue,bitter mouth,yellow urine,abdominal distension,insomnia,irritability,flank pain,flank pain,abdominal distension,stool discomfort.The number of support is set to 22(30 % of the total number of symptoms),and the confidence level is set to 0.95.The symptom association analysis based on FP-free optimization algorithm can obtain 5 symptom association rules.In the statistics of tongue image,red tongue and reddish tongue are the most frequent.Yellow and greasy tongue coating and thin yellow tongue coating are the most common tongue coating.Teeth-marked tongue and petechiae tongue are common in tongue shape,and tortuous sublingual veins are more common.In pulse statistics,pulse string slip number and pulse string slip frequency are the most.3.TCM disease statistics mainly include five categories : hypochondriac pain,distention and fullness,jaundice,asthenia and distention.The frequency of TCM syndrome types is as follows : 98 times of liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome,75 times of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,31 times of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,19 times of liver and stomach disharmony syndrome,5 times of blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome,2 times of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.4.In this study,133 traditional Chinese medicines were used,with a total frequency of 4150 times,and the top 10 frequency of use were : licorice,astragalus,Radix Glehniae,Poria,Pueraria,Shenqu,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,fried Atractylodes,Amomum villosum,Viola yedoensis.The four properties of drugs are mostly cold,warm and flat,and the five flavors are mostly sweet,spicy and bitter.The channel tropism of drugs is mainly spleen,lung,liver and stomach.According to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,it can be divided into 17 categories,such as tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,diuresis and dampness.Among them,tonifying deficiency and clearing heat drugs are used most frequently,911 times and704 times respectively.5.Based on the analysis of association rules,the support degree was set to 115(50 %of the total),and the confidence degree was set to 0.95.The drug combination with high correlation degree could be obtained,which was composed of 11 drugs : Radix Glehniae,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Puerariae,Divine Comedy,Flos Chrysanthemi Indici,Herba Violae,Fructus Amomi and Radix Glycyrrhizae.6.Through the K-means algorithm,the 6 groups of core drug combinations are most consistent with the clinical practice,which are the core combination 1 : Poria,Divine Comedy,Pueraria,Astragalus,Paeonia,Fried Atractylodes,Bergamot;core combination 2 : Radix Glehniae,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Poria,Fried Atractylodes,Spider Fragrance,Tangerine Peel,Pinellia;core combination 3 : Radix Glehniae,Poria,Curcuma,Astragalus,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Pueraria,Curcuma;core combination 4 : Radix Puerariae,Radix Astragali,Radix Glehniae,Semen Cuscutae,Rhizoma Polygonati,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Rubra;core combination 5 : Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Poria cocos,fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Glehniae,Radix Puerariae,Shenqu,Radix Violae;core combination 6 :Poria,Radix Glehniae,Astragalus,Pueraria,Fried Atractylodes,Divine Comedy,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Yinchen.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhang Chao ’s core drugs for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B mainly include Radix Glehniae,Radix Astragali,fried Atractylodes,Poria,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Puerariae,Shenqu,Flos Chrysanthemi Indici,Radix Violae,Fructus Amomi,Radix Glycyrrhizae.2.Professor Zhang Chao ’s treatment of chronic hepatitis B can be divided into 17 categories according to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,such as tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,diuresis and dampness,among which tonifying deficiency and clearing heat are the most frequently used.The four properties of drugs are mostly cold,warm and flat.The five flavors are mostly sweet,spicy and bitter;the channel tropism of drugs is mainly spleen,lung,liver and stomach.3.Based on the results of data research,combined with the analysis of typical medical cases,it is concluded that Professor Zhang Chao ’s treatment of chronic hepatitis B has formed a combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine.
