Based On The Data Mining,the Paper Summarizes The Medication Rule Of Professor Huang Yongsheng To Treat Bradyarrhythmia

Objective:This paper aims to summarize the medication characteristics,rules and experience of Professor Huang Yongsheng in the treatment of such patients by collecting,recording,sorting out and analyzing the medical records of patients with slow arrhythmia treated in the outpatient department of Professor Huang Yongsheng.Methods:By collecting and sorting out the medical record information that the tutor Professor Huang Yongsheng treated in his own clinic and met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria in this study,we created a dedicated database in the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform,and used the platform’s data mining technology to carry out relevant analysis,and finally summarized and reached a conclusion.Results:1.Among the 200 patients,there are 96 male patients,accounting for 48% of the total,and 104 female patients,accounting for 52% of the total.The youngest is 19 years old,the oldest is 88 years old,and the number of people between 50-69 years old is the largest.2.The tongue is mainly bluish purple and dark,accounting for 46.83%,with tooth marks on the tongue edge,accounting for 42.33%,and with sharp red tongue edge,accounting for38.50%.The tongue coating is mainly thin,accounting for 46.67%,thin and turbid,accounting for 25.00%,and thin and white,accounting for 10.50%.The pulse is mainly composed of deep and thin pulse,accounting for 54.50%,deep and thin pulse,accounting for18.67%,and deep and slow pulse,accounting for 8.33%.The main symptoms are fatigue,chest tightness,shortness of breath,too much breath,upset,cold hands and feet,cold abdomen,dry mouth,fear of cold,etc.The syndrome type is mainly the deficiency of heart and kidney yang,and there are also qi deficiency and qi stagnation,spleen and kidney qi deficiency,liver depression and qi stagnation,deficiency of both qi and yin,and phlegm and blood stasis.3.According to the clinical medication of 200 patients,it is summarized that Professor Huang Yongsheng’s high-frequency medication for the treatment of bradyarrhythmia is Amomum villosum,Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Semen ziziphi spinosae,Dalbergia odorifera,Rhizoma aconiti,Rhizoma atractylodis,Atractylodes macrocephala,magnetite,orange peel,leech,roasted licorice,Bombyx mori,cicada slough,Cyperus,Perilla frutescens stem,wolfberry fruit,cornus,Chinese yam,poria cocos,dried ginger,epimedium,cassia twig,jujube,etc.The use frequency of the four drugs is mainly warm,accounting for37.49%,flat,24.92%,and cold,accounting for 10.25%.The use frequency of five flavors is spicy,accounting for 46.13%,sweet,accounting for 39.70%,bitter,accounting for 31.30% and salty,accounting for 10.22%.The frequency of meridian tropism is mainly: spleen meridian,52.13%,liver meridian,48.01%,lung meridian,34.29%,stomach meridian,33.70%,kidney meridian,27.36%,heart meridian,27.20%,etc.4.The tutor,Professor Huang Yongsheng,commonly used medicine pairs: salvia miltiorrhiza-amomum villosum-dalbergia odorifera,perilla frutescens-aconite-tangerine peel,cassia twig-poria cocos-jujube,cornus officinalis-yam-wolfberry fruit,etc.to treat bradyarrhythmia.The patients with bradyarrhythmia treated by Professor Huang Yongsheng are mainly heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,accounting for 79.50%,qi deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome,accounting for 42.33%,spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,accounting for 34.67%,and liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,accounting for 25.83%.At the same time,the common treatment drugs for these types of syndrome are summarized.Conclusion:1.Professor Huang Yongsheng,the tutor,treats the patients with bradyarrhythmia mainly with the syndrome of deficiency of heart and kidney yang,but also with the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney qi,stagnation of liver and qi and other syndrome types.This deficiency coexists with the standard reality,and phlegm and blood stasis run through it.2.Professor Huang Yongsheng’s core drugs for the treatment of bradyarrhythmia are amomum villosum,astragalus membranaceus,salvia miltiorrhiza,semen ziziphi spinosae,prepared aconite,pericarpium citri reticulatae viride,fructus aurantii,atractylodes macrocephala,atractylodes lancea,magnetite,tangerine peel,leech,prepared licorice,bombyx mori,cicada slough,cyperus rotundus,and perilla frutescens.3.The academic thought of the tutor in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia is to warm the yang and disperse the cold,warm the heart and kidney,and pay attention to tonifying the spleen and stomach.
