Objective: Human papillomavirus infection(HPV)is a common infection of female lower reproductive tract.Because of its special morphological structure,HPV virus is very easy to spread. At present, the main route of transmission is sexual contact. There are many types of HPV,and there are about 150~200types found at present.According to the possibility of causing cervical malignant tumor,HPV can be divided into high-risk,suspected high-risk and low-risk types.Studies have shown that high-risk and suspected high-risk types are significantly related to cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer, and especially types 16 and 18 have the highest risk of infection and worse prognosis after infection, while low-risk HPV can cause benign skin hyperplasia, such as genital warts, skin warts and respiratory papillomatosis. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of HR-HPV spleen infection and improvement of TCM syndromes by looking at comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with interferon, and find a highly effective therapeutic method for persistent high-risk human papillomavirus infection,so as to comprehensively ameliorate the patient’s physical and mental state,so then effectively take precautions against the adverse effects of the disease and decrease the possibility of precancerous lesions and cervical cancer in patients. Methods: After estimating the amount of samples, from June 2021 to November2022,66 patients who were treated in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology and met the inclusion criteria were randomly split into control groups and treatment groups, with 33 patients in each group being treated and observed for three months respectively, and followed up for three months after treatment.First of all,ask the patient to sign informed consent and inform related precautions, then carry out the work of evaluating the patient’s TCM syndromes and evaluating the safety of treatment and finally treat the two patient groups. The treatment plan for the control group was the use of recombinant α-2b gel vaginas to administer 2g/ twice daily for a total of10 times per month and continuous treatment for 3 months; The treatment plan for the treatment group is: use two tablets/times the supposedly paeonian α-2b gel 2g/ twice, two drugs to administer alternate vaginas,10 times a month, continuous treatment for 3 months. At the same time, patients need to take orally the decoction of traditional Chinese medicine decocted by our hospital. The prescription is the "anti-virus prescription" created by my tutor.Take one bag each morning and afternoon, and take it after heating. For three weeks each month, take it as a course of treatment, for a total of three courses of treatment.Between the two groups of patients, those who have not yet disabled should discontinue the administration of vaginal drugs during the menstrual period(the menopause person completed the treatment as planned)and prohibit sexual life during the test.Safety indicators such as liver and kidney function were observed every 1 month during the first diagnosis and after treatment and efficacy indicators were evaluated three months after discontinuation(HPV situation became cloudy after treatment;Symptomatic points of traditional Chinese medicine),records and reports of various adverse reactions were made throughout the entire observation.Results:(1)comparison of HR-HPV transection rate: 76.67% for the posttreatment group and 46.67% for the control group and a statistically significant difference(p = 0.017 < 0.05).It can be seen that the treatment group had a significantly better effect in promoting HR-HPV transyin.(2)Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome total score: The treatment group’s total effective rate of 86.67% was significantly higher than the control group’s 63.33%,a difference that is statistically significant(p = 0.037 < 0.05).This indicates that the treatment group has a significantly more effective effect on TCM syndrome overall scores.(3)The comparison of the individual points of post-treatment TCM syndromes shows that after treatment, the two patient groups showed significant differences in terms of white leukorrhea, white tape texture, white tape smell, gas depletion, facial colouring and other elements,it shows that the treatment group has significant advantages in improving the above symptoms of patients.(4)During treatment, with the exception of 3 cases in the treatment group that had had mild vaginal burn at the initial stage of the use of the supposed pao, there were no adverse reactions or incidents and no abnormal changes in the safety indicators of the two patient groups. Conclusion: Comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with interferon in the treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection with spleen deficiency and dampness toxin accumulation is beneficial to enhance patients’ immunity and eliminate the virus, effectively improve the negative conversion rate of HR-HPV,greatly reduce the possibility of precancerous lesions and cervical cancer, and achieve satisfactory results in improving patients’ abnormal leucorrhea, abdominal or lumbosacral discomfort, mental fatigue and many other discomfort symptoms, and at the same time, smooth patients’ emotions, obviously relieve patients’ anxiety and "shame",so that patients can get physical and mental health. This therapy is safe and effective, which is worthy of further clinical research and popularization.
