Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cervical High-risk Human Papillomavirus Infection By Modified Yiqi Yangxue Wenshen Jiedu Decoction

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of modified "Yiqi Yangxue Wenshen Jiedu" decoction in the treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection,to form a new comprehensive TCM treatment plan for high-risk cervical HPV infection,improve the negative conversion rate of high-risk cervical HPV and reduce the incidence of cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 70 patients aged 23 to 59 with persistent high-risk HPV infection of cervix and TCM syndrome of weak qi and blood,kidney deficiency and poison invasion were enrolled in the department of Gynecology of Eye Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from September 2019 to December 2021.Using the random number table method will be incorporated in the patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 35 cases,"Yiqi Yangxue Wenshen Jiedu"decoction combined with interferon,the control group of 35 cases,to the human recombinant interferon-alpha 2b vaginal effervescent tablets,treatment for 3 months,compared with HPV overcast rate,treatment before and after the change of TCM syndrome integral safety indicators and monitoring.Results:(1)Comparison of HPV turning negative rate:HPV turning negative rate in the treatment group was 71.4%,and HPV turning negative rate in the control group was 40%,the difference was statistically significant.(2)Comparison of the negative conversion rate of HPV subtypes:the negative conversion rate of HPV type 16,51,52,and 39 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the negative conversion rate of HPV type 18 was equal to that in the control group.(3)Comparison of HPV turning negative rates in different age groups:there was no significant difference in HPV turning negative rates between the treatment group and the control group at the ages of 23 to 44 and 45 to 59.(4)The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 97.1%,which had a significant effect on improving fatigue,cooling of the waist,abdomen,buttocks,and lower limbs,weakness of qi and blood,and toxic invasion of kidney deficiency.Conclusions:Modified "Yiqi Yangxue Wenshen Jiedu" decoction treat high-risk HPV infection with weak qi and blood and toxic invasion of the cervix of kidney deficiency,can effectively increase the rate of HPV turn,improve the fatigue,waist,abdomen,hips,lower limb cool,leucorrhea is much in quantity but little in quality,dizziness,shortness of breath lazy,pale and black matte yellow,heart palpitations insomnia,the symptom such as lumbar debility,safe and effective,clinical worth extending.
