Objective:This topic to observe the traditional Chinese medicine spleen-invigorating dampness-resolving alexipharmic soup in treatment of the clinical curative effect of patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection belong to spleen-deficiency and dampness-accumulating type,by evaluating indicators such as TCM syndrome score of high-risk HPV patients before and after treatment and negative conservation ratio of HPV.And have a preliminary discussion on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cervical high-risk HPV infection,so as to providing effective methods and referential ideas for clinical treatment of cervical high-risk HPV infection, taking the advantages of TCM more reasonable. Methods: 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine was collected and divided two groups.Group A was defined as the experimental group, treating with traditional Chinese medicine spleen-invigorating dampness-resolving alexipharmic soup and Baofukang suppository;Group B was defined as the control group, treating with Baofukang suppository. And both groups were treated for six menstrual cycles and followed up three menstrual cycles.Indexes obtained by observation include TCM syndrome score of patients before and after treatment and negative conservation ratio of HPV for statistical analysis.Results:(1)By comparison and analysis, general information and factors associated with high-risk HPV infection between group A and group B had no significant differences(P>0.05),so group A and group B had comparability.(2)After treatment, both groups had efficacy in improving TCM syndrome score and the clinical efficacy, but the efficacy of the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05,indicating statistical difference).(3)Followed-up results showed that the recurrence rate of clinically cured patients in the experimental groups was lower than that in the control group, and the effective rate of both groups was improved, but the experimental groups was still significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05,indicating statistical difference). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine spleen-invigorating dampness-resolving alexipharmic soup was able to significantly improve the curative effect of cervical high-risk HPV infection belong to spleen-deficiency and dampness-accumulating type, including improving the clinical symptoms of cervical high-risk HPV infection patients effectively, improving the rate of HPV negative conversion,so it is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
