Objective: To explore the influencing factors of cervical HR-HPV persistent infection and the characteristics of TCM syndrome types. Methods: A case-control study was conducted to investigate the influencing factors and TCM syndrome types of cervical HR-HPV infection among women who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and received cervical cancer screening(HPV combined with TCT)in the gynecological clinic of the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University. The general situation and socioeconomic characteristics, lifestyle, female reproductive health history and cognition, sexual life,TCM classification and treatment were statistically analyzed.Results:1.General situation and socio-economic characteristics: there were significant differences in ethnic distribution between persistent and transient cervical HR-HPV infection Groups(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences in age, education level and per capita monthly income between the two groups(P > 0.05);2.Lifestyle:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in smoking history, meal rule, use of nutritional supplements, frequency of physical exercise, mental stress and sleep quality(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in passive smoking, frequency of tea drinking and frequency of alcohol drinking(P>0.05);3.History and cognition of female reproductive health: There were statistically significant differences in screening frequency,HPV infection type index distribution between the two groups(P<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences in age of first pregnancy, gestational times and delivery times, secretion status, cervical manifestation distribution, incidence of sexual pain or bleeding, incidence of other concomitant symptoms and distribution of HPV perception between the two groups(P>0.05);4.Sexual life: There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in age of first sexual life, number of sexual partners, sexual hygiene habits, and multiple sexual partners of sexual partners(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences in sexual life frequency, method of contraception, and history of circumcision(P>0.05);5.Classification and treatment of TCM: there was statistical significance in the distribution of TCM syndrome differentiation between the two groups(P<0.05),but no statistical significance in the treatment indexes(P>0.05);6.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that HPV infection type, physical exercise, number of sexual partners and sexual hygiene habits were independent influencing factors for persistent cervical HR-HPV infection, while ethnicity, smoking history and other indicators had no influence on the incidence of persistent cervical HR-HPV infection, and the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion: HPV infection is associated with infection type, lack of physical exercise, multiple sexual partners, poor sexual hygiene habits are the risk factors for persistent cervical HR-HPV infection. |
