| Purpose: To explore the clinical efficacy of Liangdi Tang with addition to treat patients with intermenstrual bleeding due to kidney yin deficiency,to evaluate its efficacy and safety,to investigate the pathogenesis of intermenstrual bleeding and mechanism of treatment,and to provide a foundation for the use of this method.Methods: Sixty patients with intermenstrual bleeding of kidney yin deficiency type who met the inclusion case criteria and attended the gynecology outpatient clinic of the Chinese medicine hospitals in Jiangxi Province from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group,with the observation group taking the Chinese herbal medicine Liangdi Tang plus flavor and the control group taking Western medicine.The changes in bleeding time,bleeding score,TCM symptoms,endometrial(Em)thickness and the BBT curve characteristics and numbers were observed in the two groups pretherapy and posttreatment,respectively.The figures were analyzed using SPSS 26.0software and analyzed to obtain results.Results:(1)Comparison of baseline data between the two groups before treatment: the fundamental conditions of the both groups before treatment,such as age,course of disease,bleeding time,bleeding score,total TCM symptom score,endometrial thickness,BBT curve characteristics and the number of patients were statistically compared between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the initial data of the two groups were comparable.(2)TCM syndrome integral comparison: The overall efficiency was86.67% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the western medicine group,and the treatment group was superior than the control group in terms of the efficacy of the TCM symptoms,P<0.05.(3)Comparison of hemostatic efficacy: the total effective rate of Haemostatic effect was 83.33% in the Chinese Medicine Group and 73.33% in the control group,with a greater variation between the two groups(P<0.05).Both groups could Effectively reduce bleeding score,and the effect of the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of total TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the overall TCM evidence points declined in both groups,and the treatment group was preferred to the control group in improving the TCM symptoms(P<0.01).(5)Characteristics of BBT curve and the number of people: after treatment,the number of people with typical biphasic curve of BBT in the two groups increased,and P<0.05 by the betweengroup comparison test,indicating that the amount of BBT typical biphasic curves rose more in the treatment group than in the control group.When comparing the characteristics and number of BBT biphasic curves in different treatment courses,P>0.05 for the comparison between the first,second and third treatment courses,and P<0.05 for the comparison between the first and third treatment courses,indicated that the improvement in the characteristics and number of BBT atypical biphasic curves was clinically significant only after 3menstrual cycles or more of treatment.(6)Endometrial thickness: There was no influence on endometrial thickness after treatment in both groups,and the difference was not statistically meaningful(P>0.05).(7)Follow-up: the two groups were followed up for 3 months after the cessation of treatment,among which 15 cured,2 relapsed,with a relapse rate of 13.33% in the therapy group,and in the control group,out of 8 people cured,3 relapsed,with a relapse rate of 37.50%.by test,P<0.05,indicating that the research group had a lower recovery rate than the western pharmaceutical group and a better long-term outcome.Conclusion: Liangdi Tang and Bujiale are both very useful in the treatment of patients with intermenstrual bleeding of kidney Yin deficiency,but the Chinese medicine Liangdi decoction has more advantages in hemostatic effect,TCM syndrome improvement,and the increase of the number of patients with typical biphasic curve of BBT.Moreover,Low number of relapses at 3-month follow-up,and the Chinese medicine group is better from the perspective of long-term efficacy. |
