Clinical Observation On Constitution Distribution Of Patients With Intermenstrual Bleeding And The Treatment Of Intermenstrual Bleeding With Deficiency Of Qi And Yin By Tonifying Yin And Qi Decoction

Objective: 1.In this study,we preliminarily inferred the constitution distribution characteristics of patients with intermenstrual bleeding by observing the constitution type distribution of patients with intermenstrual bleeding;2.Observe the clinical efficacy of tonifying yin and qi decoction in the treatment of patients with intermenstrual bleeding of qi and yin deficiency,preliminarily explore the therapeutic mechanism,and provide a reliable basis for the clinical application and promotion of Tonifying Yin and Qi Decoction.Methods:1.Clinical observation on the distribution of constitution types in patients from the gynecological outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine and students of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine,A total of 110 patients met the diagnostic criteria for intermenstrual bleeding.2.According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes for intermenstrual bleeding,60 patients with qi and Yin deficiency syndrome would be included in a clinical randomized controlled trial,randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group,the treatment group oral Tonifying Yin and Qi Decoction,the control group oral compound difu oral liquid.The drug was taken for 10 consecutive days starting from the 7th day of the menstrual cycle.One menstrual cycle was regarded as one course of treatment,and evaluation was conducted after 3 courses.The curative effect of TCM total syndromes,hemostasis,secondary symptoms of TCM and improvement of basic body temperature in the treatment group and the control group were observed to evaluate the therapeutic effect of drugs,and to preliminarily explore the therapeutic mechanism of Tonifying Yin and Qi Decoction.Results:1.The observation on the constitution type distribution of 110 patients with intermenstrual bleeding showed that there were bias constitutions with Yin deficiency(21.82%),Qi deficiency(20.91%),dampness-heat(12.73%)and blood stasis(11.82%)as the main constitutions,while other constitutions were relatively few;2.The clinical study of 60 patients with intermenstrual bleeding of deficiency of Qi and Yin showed that there were no significant differences in age,course of disease,TCM total syndrome score,secondary symptom score,bleeding time and basal body temperature between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable;3.After treatment,both groups showed improvement in the curative effect of TCM general syndromes,hemostasis and secondary symptoms curative effect,and the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;4.After treatment,the efficacy of each minor symptom in the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.01),and the treatment group had more advantages than the control group in the improvement of fatigue,waist and knee pain and softness,spontaneous and night sweats,dry stool(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment effect of abdominal distension,dizziness,tinnitus,dry throat(P>0.05).5.The comparison of basal body temperature between the two groups after treatment indicated that the treatment group had more advantages in improving the luteal function of patients than the control group(P<0.05).6.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in patients of the two groups during the treatment period,indicating that the treatment methods of the two groups were relatively safe.Conclusion : Among the nine constitutions of patients with intermenstrual hemorrhage,biased constitutions were mainly Yin deficiency,qi deficiency,dampness-heat and blood stasis,among which Yin deficiency and qi deficiency were the most common,suggesting that clinical medication should be combined with the patient’s constitution type to adopt individualized diagnosis and treatment plan,especially attention should be paid to the important role of tonifying qi and Yin;The clinical studies show that Tonifying Yin and Qi Decoction.in the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency type between the two period bleeding has a certain clinical curative effect,can not only alleviate symptom s of hemorrhage,and god can significantly reduce fatigue,lumbar debility,spontaneous sweating,night sweating,dry stool with symptoms,such as to improve the function of corpus luteum,is the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency type by the effective drugs of intermenstrual bleeding.
