The Clinical Observation Of Yuyinqingrebuchong Decoction For The Treatment Of Intermenstrual Bleeding (Kidney-Yin Deficiency Sydrome)

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of yangyinqingrebuchong decoction in the treatment of intermenstrual bleeding of kidney yin deficiency syndrome compared with gonghuanyangxue granula plus zhibaidihuang wan. The observation items include bleeding conditions, clinical symptoms, and the changes of BBT on both two groups. To study the decoction’s mechanism, and provide scientific bases for yangyinqingrebuchong decoction’s application.MethodChoose 60 patients diagnosed with intermenstrual bleeding and suited for the selection standards, and divide them into two groups at random,30 patients are treatment group treated with yangyinqingrebuchong decoction, the others are control group treated with gonghuanyangxue granula plus zhibaidihuang wan. All the patients begin to take medicine at the 7th to 10th day of their menstrual cycle, and continue to take medicine for 10 days. The whole observation lasts 3 menstrual cycles. Record and analyze bleeding conditions, every clinical symptom on both two groups before and during the treatment, and record patients’tempreture during the treatment. All the above data are analyzed by SPSS222.0 statistical software, and the results will have statistical significance if p<0.05.Results1.After the treatment, the effective rate of tratment group was 86.7%, the effective rate of control group was 80.0%. The results had statistical significance after the test (p<0.05), and the effective of treatment was better than control group.2.After the treatment, bleeding condition of both group and every TCM symptom improved. Every TCM symptom between two group had great statistical significance after the test (p<0.01). The bleeding condition between two group had statistical significance after the test (p<0.05). Treatment group had a better effect on stoping bleeding than control group, but had a same effect on every TCM symptom with conrol group.3.During the treatment,BBT curves of treatment group didn’t have statistical significance among the first,second,third course(p>0.05), it had statistical significance between the first and third course(p<0.05); BBT curves of control group didn’t have statistical between every two courses (p>0.05), patients can improve BBT curves at last 3 courses of treatment by taking yangyinqingrebuchong decoction.4.Longer course of treatment have a better clinical effect (p<0.05).Conclusions1.Yangyinqingrebuchong decoction has a good effect on intermenstrual bleeding of kidney yin deficiency syndrome and significantly improve subordinate smptoms and BBT curves. The longer time of taking medince, the better of the effect.2.During the observation, no patients has adverse effect after taking yangyinqingrebuchong decoction.
