The Clinical Observation Of Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction On Treating Intermenstrual Bleeding Due To Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective:This research would observe on the therapeutic effect of Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction on treating intermenstrual bleeding of Kideny Yin Deficiency,and comparison with Zhi bo di huang pill of Proprietary Chinese medicine,observe the Improvements in TCM symptoms after treatment,carry out an objective evaluation of the clinical effects of Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction on treating Advanced Menorrhea of Kideny Yin Deficiency, provide an objective basis for clinical use and mentor’s academic characteristic, the treatment experience were summarized in this paper.Methods:Chose60patients who subject the selection criteria of intermenstrual bleeding of Kideny Yin Deficiency.According to random number tables,they were divided into the treatment group and control group,with30in each..The patients of treatment group were treated with Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction (Single fried-free particles, began after10days of The Menstrual cycle, taking medicine after mixing it with boiling water, and Continuous taking7days),while the control group were treated with Zhi bo di huang pill (Proprietary Chinese medicines, oral, a6g, twice a day, began after10days of The Menstrual cycle, and Continuous taking7days). And continuous taking three menstrual cycle for1course, observing how symptoms would be changed before and after the treatment and then recording the indexes, Through the analysis of data, comparative treatment group before and after treatment of impact indicators, such as TCM syndromes,BBT, follicular development, endometrial thickness, and comparison with control group, to assessing the clinical effect of Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction.Results:1.The effective rate of Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction is96.67%, which of Zhi bo di huang pill is70%.By means of statistics analysis, there are significant differences in the two groups (P<0.05), it proves that the effects of Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction is better than Zhi bo di huang pill.2.Comparing two groups after treatment in patients with bleeding, we found they could significant shorten the bleeding time, the number Without vaginal bleeding patients was more than the control group.As the longer treatment, the results is better.it states Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction is better Improve and eliminate the bleeding symptom. 3.There are significant difference between the total scores of symptoms before and after treatment of the two groups (P<0.05). It states Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction can evidently improve the symptoms;There are significant difference between the two groups of the total scores of symptoms before and after treatment (P<0.05), it states Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction is better than Zhi bo di huang pill.4.The patients of two groups before and after the treatment of TCM symptom scores all comparison, all have significant difference (P<0.05), indicating that both groups can significantly improve TCM symptoms. After treatment, the two groups in soreness and weakness of waist and knees, tidal fever and night sweating, palpitation,tinnitus between groups of comparison, difference was not significant significant (P>0.05), in Vaginal bleeding, Abdominal Pain, BBT, Follicular development, Endometrial thickness of the comparison between groups, the difference was remarkable significance (P<0.05), indicating that the Decoction was better than the pill.5. Two sets of comparison on BBT of the patients after treatment improved in single-phase recovery as dual-phase (P<0.05), the treatment group on temperature transformation problem (Climbing or slowly rising slightly step type, After rose slightly downward, Delay the rise type) improved significantly better than control groups. Description Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction in the promotion of follicular development, improve the situation better than Zhi bo di huang pill.6.Two sets of comparison on Follicular development, Endometrial thickness of the patients after treatment have significant difference (P<0.05). And the difference between both groups is significantly different after treatment(P<0.05).Description Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction improve the situation better than Zhi bo di huang pill.Conclusions:Zi Shen Liang Xue Decoction could significantly eliminate or improve the clinical symptoms of inter menstrual bleeding of Kideny Yin Deficiency,Especially Vaginal bleeding can, Abdominal Pain The basal body temperature,Follicular development, Endometrial thickness can be significantly improved. improving the quality of life about the patients suffering from intermenstrual bleeding,also it has not yet found any side effects.
