A Study On Drug Use Of Professor Zhang Xiaoping In The Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective:Statistical analysis was made on the clinical medical records of Professor Zhang Xiaoping’s treatment NAFLD with the method of data mining,so as to explore the medication rules of Professor Zhang Xiaoping’s treatment of NAFLD,summarize Professor Zhang Xiaoping’s academic thoughts on the treatment of this disease with the combination of clinical perception,inherit the experience of Famous old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods:The complete medical records of patients with NAFLD treated by Professor Zhang Xiaoping from January 2018 to December 2022 were collected,a database was established through Excel form,and the input data was normalized.The gender and age of patients,frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,Meridian distribution,four properties,five tastes,and efficacy were statistically analyzed.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to analyze the association rules of the statistical high frequency Chinese medicine,and then IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 software was used for cluster analysis.The high frequency Chinese medicine of Professor Zhang Xiaoping in the treatment of NAFLD was obtained.In this paper,the main four properties,five tastes,Meridian distribution,efficacy category,common drug pairs,core drug combinations and prescriptions were summarized to summarize the drug use law of Professor Zhang Xiaoping in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Results:Among the 141 patients with NAFLD included in this study,there were 106 males(75%)and 35 females(25%).The majority of patients were25-55 years old.Most of the patients were 25-55 years old,with an average age of 44.24±13.205 years old.A total of 148 TCM were used,with a total frequency of 2037 times.The top 18 frequently used drugs(more than 40 times)were tangerine peel,poria,pinellia,Fructus aurantii,hawthorn,salvia miltiorrhiza,malt,lotus leaf,seed of Raphanus sativus,Medicated Leaven,forsythia,glycyrrhiza,white peony root,Atractylodes macrocephala,Fritillaria thunbergii,bupleurum and codonopsis,which were the high-frequency drugs used by Professor Zhang Xiaoping in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver.There were 18 types of traditional Chinese medicines used,among which the highest frequency of digestive medicine was 383 times,accounting for 18.80%,followed by tonifying deficiency drugs(up to 325 times,accounting for 15.95%),regulating qi drugs(up to 286 times,accounting for 14.04%),clearing heat drugs(up to 275 times,accounting for 13.50%),and regulating water and dampness drugs(up to218 times,accounting for 10.70%).The main medicinal properties used were warm(mild warm)749 times,accounting for 36.77%;Cold(mild cold)693 times,accounting for 34.02%;flat 555 times,accounting for 27.25%.The main five TCM flavors were sweet(slightly sweet)1071 times,accounting for 31.73%;Bitter(slightly bitter)flavor 980 times,accounting for 29.04;Octyl(mild octyl)flavor 745 times,accounting for 22.07%.The main meridian tropism of herbal medicines were spleen,stomach,lung,liver and heart meridians,accounting for 84.19%,among which spleen and stomach were the most frequently used meridians,accounting for 44.85% of the total frequency of meridians,followed by lung,liver and heart meridians.Association rule analysis of high-frequency drugs was carried out,and4 drug pairs were obtained,which were wheat bud-malt,white peony root-Bupleurum,forsythia-Semen Raphani,hawthorn-lotus leaf.The core drug group of 1 group consisted of 3 kinds of drugs,including pinellia pinellia,poria cocos and tangerine peel.By cluster analysis,two drug combinations were obtained,which were 1:Semen raphani,forsythia,hawthorn,lotus leaf,salvia miltiorrhiza,Medicated Leaven,poria,pinellia pinellia,tangerine peel,malt,grain bud,Fructus aurantii and Fritillaria thunbergii.2:Atractylodes macrocephala,codonopsis,white peony root,bupleurum,licorice.Conclusion:Zhang Xiaoping believes that the disease location of non-alcoholic fatty liver is mainly in the spleen and stomach,The basic pathogenesis is stagnation of food and phlegm,accumulation of dampness and heat,obstruction of turbidity and blood stasis,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.According to the syndrome characteristics of the disease,the treatment ideas include focusing on the spleen and stomach,resolving phlegm and digestion,regulating the lung and liver,regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and Make hard soft;The TCM flavor and meridian conversion of Professor Zhang Xiaoping’s treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver are mainly sweet,bitter,spicy,warm,cold,flat,spleen meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian,liver meridian and heart meridian.The main drug categories are digestion drugs,tonifying deficiency drugs,regulating qi drugs,clearing heat drugs,damp-clearing drug;The common pair of medicines is rice-grain sprout-malt,paeony-bupleurum,forsythia-semen raphani,hawthorn-lotus leaf;“Pinellia pinellia,poria cocos and Tangerine peel”are the core drug combination;The most commonly used prescriptions is Danhe Baohe decoction,The second generous is Chaishao Liujun decoction.
