Based On Data Mining Technology To Study Medication Rule Of Professor Xikui Zhang In The Treatment Of Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective:Through data mining technology to study the prescription drug laws and clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas of Prof.Xikui Zhang for the treatment of nephrotic syndrome,and summarize his academic ideas.Methods:Nephrotic syndrome patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study,diagnosed and treated in the outpatient clinic by Prof.Xikui Zhang from January 2015 to December 2021,were collated in a uniform format and analyzed using WPS 2019,IBM SPSS statistics 26.0and IBM SPSS modeler 18.0.Frequency,systematic clustering and association rule analysis were performed.Finally come to conclusion.Results:1.One hundred patients with 198 diagnoses,57 males and 43 females,were included in the study;2.The incidence rate of young group and elderly group was the highest,second in middle age group and lowest in juvenile group;3.47 herbs with frequency greater than 5.00% were used,which contained Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Alisma rhizoma,Eclipta,Cortex dictamni,Ligustrum lucidum and so on;4.The drugs used with a frequency greater than 5.00% were tonifying deficiency drugs,diuretic and hygroscopic drugs,digestant drug,antipyretic drugs,astringent drugs and surface relieving drugs;5.In terms of drug properties,the cold nature was the most,the warm nature and flat nature were the second,the cool nature was less,and the heat nature was the least;In terms of herbal medicines in a prescription,sweetish,bitterness and pungent drugs were the most,followed by sour and light drugs,and astringent and salty drugs were less;In terms of meridians,the kidney,spleen and liver meridians were the most,the lung,stomach and bladder meridians were the second,the heart,gallbladder,small intestine and large intestine meridians were less,the pericardial meridians were the least,and there were no Sanjiao meridians;6.The core medicine pairs were Valley bud and malt,Ligustrum lucidum and Eclipta,Bupleurum and Scutellaria baicalensis,Cortex dictamni and Broom cypress fruit,Gorgon fruit and Cherokee rose-hip and so on;7.The core prescription were:the first group: Astragalus membranaceus,Ligustrum lucidum,Eclipta,Panax notoginseng,Cortex dictamni,Broom cypress fruit,Cicada molting,Chicken inner gold,Rhizoma imperatae,Eucommia ulmoides,Mulberry parasitism,Gorgon fruit Cherokee rose-hip,Yizhiren,Achyranthes bidentata and Dipsacus;the second group:Rehmannia glutinosa,Cornus officinalis,Dendrobium,Motherwort and Tangerine peel;the third group:Radix aconiti carmichaeli,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria cocos,Alisma orientalis,Plantain seed,Pericarpium arecae,Polyporus umbellatus,Lepidium seed,Codonopsis pilosula,Valley bud,Malt and Hawthorn;the fourth group: Bupleurum,Scutellaria baicalensis,Pinellia ternata,Licorice,Pyrrosia linguai,Cassia twigi;the fifth group: Pueraria,Oyster,Coix seed,Gastrodia elata,Dodder,Wild jujube seed.Conclusion:1.In terms of medication: Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos and other drugs were most often used.There were mainly give first place to tonifying deficiency drugs,diuretic and hygroscopic drugs and dietetic drugs.There were often focuses on cold,warm and flat properties.There were often uses sweetish,bitterness and pungent drugs.Most drugs belong to kidney meridians,spleen meridians and liver meridians.Commonly used drug combinations include Valley bud and malt,Ligustrum lucidum and Eclipta,Bupleurum and Scutellaria baicalensis,Cortex dictamni and Broom cypress fruit,Gorgon fruit and Cherokee rose-hip,etc.2.In terms of prescription: When the disease was mainly due to deficiency of Qi and Yin in the spleen and kidney and mutual accumulation of dampness and blood stasis,Huangqi Erzhi Pill was added or subtracted to strengthen the spleen and kidney,replenish Qi and Yin,remove blood stasis and promote water;when the disease was mainly characterized by deficiency of Shaoyin and Yin and obstruction of water and blood stasis,Liuwei Dihuang pill was added or subtracted to nourish Yin and kidney,remove blood stasis and water,and clear away heat;when the disease was mainly due to deficiency of kidney Yang and flooding of water,Zhenwu decoction combined with Siling powder was added or subtracted to warm and reduce kidney Yang,cultivate soil and make water;when the disease was dominated by evil binding Shaoyang and unfavorable Sanjiao,Chailing decoction was added or subtracted to relieve Shaoyang and Tongli Sanjiao;when the disease was mainly due to the deficiency of Taiyin Qi and the obstruction of water stasis in the bladder of the sun,Buqi Tongluo recipe was added and subtracted to strengthen the spleen,replenish Qi,activate blood and promote water.3.In terms of treatment methods: Prof.Xikui Zhang often used reinforcing rightness and tonifying deficiency,clearing damp and promoting diuresis,and regulate the stomach and promote digestion as the main treatment methods.Flexibly applied treatment methods such as clearing heat and detoxification,astringent and inducing astringency,dispersing wind and relieving surface,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,which relieved pivot machine according to the etiology,pathogenesis and pathological products of the disease.4.Prof.Xikui Zhang believed that nephrotic syndrome is mostly caused by a deficiency of the day before and a deficiency of the kidney Qi,or by eating disorders and damaged spleen and stomach as internal causes,which is triggered by external evil such as wind and dampness to direct solid evil,and the combination of internal and external.The pathogenesis is inherently marked by deficiency,which is based on the damage of Zang Fu organs,water dampness stopping inside,and stasis blood internal resistance.Disease transmission follows the syndrome differentiation of six meridians.
