A Data Mining-based Study On The Dosing Pattern Of Professor Fuli Zhang For The Treatment Of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective : To summarize the effective cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver treated by Professor Zhang Fu Li through data mining technology,to obtain the clinical medication rules of this disease,and to provide new ideas and basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine in the future.Methods: The case data were collected from Professor Zhang Fuli’s visits to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to December 2021,and 153 patients were diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Transmission data such as four diagnosis information,symptoms and drug prescriptions were collected.The "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computer System(3.0)" and excel were used to analyze the efficacy,frequency,association rules and cluster analysis of gender,age,tongue and pulse pattern,four qi and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.153 non-alcoholic fatty liver patients,including male 83 cases,accounting for about 54.25% of the total;70 cases were female,accounting for 45.75% of the total.Overall,the incidence of male was slightly higher than that of female,and the ratio of male to female patients was 1.096 to 1.The oldest was 70;The youngest was 12.The age of patients in this study was mainly distributed in the range of 40 to 59 years old,accounting for about62.8% of the total.2.Prevalence increases with age in both sexes.The highest incidence of male disease was mainly distributed in the range of 40～59,and the incidence of male disease decreased after 60 years old.The highest incidence of the disease in women began after the age of 50,and there was no significant downward trend after the age of 60.3.The frequency of pathological tongue coating and tongue quality was yellow and greasy 70 ci,thin and yellow 32 times and thin and white 31 times respectively.The tongue is red 53 times.The frequency of pulse was 31 times of pulse deeping,31 times of pulse-sinking chord,30 times of weak pulse and 27 times of pulse-chord slip.4.The four Qi statistics showed that the use frequency of cold,warm and flatness drugs was slightly more,which was 920 times,678 times and264 times respectively.The statistics of five tastes showed that the use frequency of bitter,gump and octinous medicines was slightly more,1022 times,946 times and 847 times respectively.The statistics showed that the number of splenic,pulmonary and stomach channels was the highest,1084,1076 and 770 times respectively.According to the statistics of drug frequency,47 kinds of drugs were used more than 9 times,and ginger was used most frequently(153 times).5.In the analysis of association rules,the support degree was set as135,confidence level was 0.99,and the core prescriptions were atractylodes,licorice,fresh ginger,mulberry parasitism,liriope and root poria.6.In the analysis of prescription composition law,the k-means algorithm was applied to enter "cluster number" into 6,and 6 core drug combinations were obtained : cassia twigs,fresh ginger,root poria,mulberry parasitism,liriope,licorice,atractylodes,angelica;ternate,mulberry parasitism,fresh ginger,licorice,root poria,dragon bone,liriope,atractylodes;dragon bone,mulberry parasitism,fresh ginger,licorice,root poria,ternate,liriope,atractylodes;fresh ginger,root poria,licorice,atractylodes,mulberry parasitism,liriope,angelica,rehmanniae praeparatum;ternate,fresh ginger,root poria,liriope,licorice,mulberry parasitism,atractylodes,cassia twigs;fresh ginger,root poria,licorice,ternate,dragon bone,mulberry parasitism,white peony,atractylodes.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhang Fuli often used TCM in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver,which were cold,warm and flat respectively from high to low;Bitter,sweet,hot.Drug meridian from high to low are spleen meridian,lung meridian,stomach meridian.Its core drug composition:atractylodes,licorice,fresh ginger,mulberry parasitism,liriope,root poria.2.In the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver,Professor Zhang Fuli often focused on strengthening the spleen and stomach,and warmed the kidney and Yang.Open lung qi,with light infiltration,through the bladder is auxiliary.Combined with the theory of three factors,the cause of disease was analyzed,the pathogenesis of the tongue and pulse was accurately located,and the central focal was taken as the hub to smooth the qi machine and tonify the complex pulse to make the effect as floating drum.
