Study On The Rule Of The Prescriptions Of Professor Zhang Xiaoping In Treating Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis

Objective: Based on the clinical records of Professor Zhang Xiaoping in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,data mining technology was used to summarize the medication rule of Professor Zhang Xiaoping in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,explore the train of thought of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods: The first medical records of patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis treated by Professor Zhang Xiaoping in TCM Clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected,from December 2019 to December 2021.The collection content includes general information,medical records information and auxiliary examination,and establish the database of doctors’ medical records by Excel.Standardized processing was performed on the input data,and the patient’s gender,age,frequency of Traditional Chinese medicine,category and function of traditional Chinese medicine were counted.Applying SPSS Statistics to systematic cluster analysis of statistical results.Applying SPSS Modeler to association rule analysis and factor analysis of high-frequency drugs.And visualizing the association results with the help of Cytoscape.Results: 131 qualified medical records were included in this study,including 58 males and 73 females.Most of the patients were from 30 to 59 years old,with an average age of 48.2 years.In this study,a total of 131 prescriptions were collected,involving 112 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 2027.The top 20 frequently used traditional Chinese medicines were scrambled Valley sprout,scrambled malt,roasted licorice,Coptis,Bletilla striata,tangerine peel,Fritillaria,Fructus Aurantii,dandelion,Panax notoginseng,neem,Poria,Rhizoma Corydalis,Pinellia ternata,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Bupleuri,Codonopsis pilosula,ginger,red jujube.There are 18 categories of traditional Chinese medicine,of which deficiency-tonifying drugs are the most frequently used,followed by Qiactivating medicine,Digestive medicine,Heat-clearing medicine and Remove phlegm medicine.In the performance analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,bitter taste,sweet taste and pungent taste are the most common,accounting for 88.56% of the total flavor.The top three medicinal properties are cold quality,warm quality and flat quality,accounting for 98.52% of the total medicinal properties.Among the meridians,spleen meridian and stomach meridian are more,accounting for 47.02% of the total meridian,followed by liver meridian,lung meridian and heart meridian.Based on the association rule analysis and factor analysis of high frequency drugs with frequency ≥ 30,7 pairs of drugs and 3 groups of triangular drugs were obtained.They are scrambled Valley sprout & scrambled malt,Radix Bupleuri & Paeonia lactiflora,Atractylodes macrocephala & Processed Glycyrrhiza uralensis,tangerine peel & Fructus Aurantii,Dandelion & Fritillaria thunbergia,Codonopsis & Amomum,Baihe & Coptis,toosendan & rhizome corydalis & Panax notoginseng,red jujube &ginger & tangerine peel and red jujube & ginger & Pinellia ternata.Based on the systematic cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine with frequency ≥ 5,five groups of clusters were obtained: cluster 1: tangerine peel,Fructus Aurantii,Poria,Pinellia,Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis pilosula,ginger,red jujube,Amomum villosum,wood incense;cluster 2: Fructus Aurantii,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Bamboo Ru,Trichosanthes,Scutellaria baicalensis;cluster 3: Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Bupleuri,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Rhizoma Cyperi,Cortex Albiziae,Radix angelicae Sinensis,Cortex moutan,Peppermint,Gardenia,Fructus Rehmanniae;cluster 4:Shenqu,Magnolia,Coix seed,Atractylodes,Fangfeng,Yam,Perilla;cluster5: scrambled Valley sprout,scrambled malt roasted licorice,Coptis chinensis,Bletilla striata,Fritillaria thunbergii,dandelion,Panax notoginseng,toosendan,rhizome corydalis.Conclusion: Professor Zhang Xiaoping believes that the basic pathogenesis of CNAG are weakness of spleen and stomach,stagnation of vital energy,treatment of invigorating spleen,supplementing stomach,and regulating adjust vital energy.In clinical application,Xiangsha Liujun decoction is the basic prescription.The methods of auxiliary using appetizing and eliminating food,soothing liver and relieving depression,dryness and dampness reducing phlegm,clearing heat and invigorating blood and removing stasis,according to different pathologic properties.And often flexibly combine two pairs of medicines and triangular medicines groups,such as scrambled Valley sprout & scrambled malt,Radix Bupleuri & Paeonia lactiflora,Tangerine peel & Fructus aurantia,Dandelion & Fritillaria thunbergia,Toosendan &corydalis tuber & pseudo-ginseng,etc.In clinical application,traditional Chinese medicine returning to the spleen and stomach channel is often selected,dispatch prescription medication should be midl and light,point to the end,avoid medicines that are too hot and cold.
