| Objective:To observe the effects of treatment of Ditan Qingfei Decoction Combined with Conventional Western Medicine on patients’ TCM syndrome scores,CAT scores,six-minute walking distance,IL-1β and STREM-1 levels, evaluation of its clinical efficacy and safety. Methods:The trial collected 70 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of AECOPD(Syndrome of Phlegm Heat Staying in the Lung)from December1,2021 to December 31,2022 in the Respiratory Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Using a randomized single blind method, they were divided into a treatment group of 35 cases and a control group of 35 cases,of which 3 cases were lost, and a total of 67 patients were completed. Both groups of patients were treated with conventional Western medicine, while the treatment group was supplemented with Ditan Qingfei Decoction for a total of 10 days.Record the patient’s TCM symptom score,CAT score, and 6MWD before and after treatment, and detect serum IL-1 β 、 STREM-1 content.SPSS24.0 software was used to analyze and process the experimental data, and blood and urine routine tests, liver function, kidney function, and electrocardiogram were included to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Ditan Qingfei Decoction.Results:1.After treatment with Ditan Qingfei Decoction, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.2%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 81.8%.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment with Ditan Qingfei Decoction, the TCM syndrome scores decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.The results of CAT decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.The results of 6MWD increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).5.The serum STREM-1 level decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).6.The serum IL-1β level decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).7.There were abnormal changes in safety indicators before and after treatment.Conclusions:1.Ditan Qingfei Decoction can alleviate the symptoms of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(syndrome of phlegm heat blocking the lung).2.Ditan Qingfei Decoction can improve CAT evaluation of patients with AECOPD(syndrome of phlegm heat blocking the lung).3.Ditan Qingfei Decoction can improve 6MWD in patients with AECOPD(syndrome of phlegm heat blocking the lung).4.Ditan Qingfei Decoction can reduce the serum levels of STREM-1 and IL-1β in patients with AECOPD(syndrome of phlegm heat blocking the lung).5.Ditan Qingfei Tang is clinically safe and effective in treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(syndrome of phlegm heat blocking the lung). |
