Clinical Observation Of Qingfei Huatan Huoxiue Decoction In The Treatment Of AECOPD With Lung Expansion Phlegm And Hear Depression

Objective:Through the observation of Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD),the change of pulmonary function and laboratory examination to analysis the security and effectiveness of the appliciation of Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction and to find a way to provide a variety of safe and reliable methods in the clinical treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseaseMethod:60 cases patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from the nangang branch courts of Heilongjiang Sciences of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction half an hour after supper and before breakfast one day a dose and integrated with western medicine,while the matched group were treated with conventional western medicine along.All patients were given drugs for two weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms and signs,the pulmonary function test,before and after the treatment.Results:Curative effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 91.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Pulmonary function: After treatment,comparisoned the FEV1%pred,within groups differences were statistically significant,P<0.05 and between two groups differences were not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion:1、 Clinical effect of Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of phlegm-heat stagnation type2、 Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction has effect on the improvement of lung function indicators.
