Effect Of Qingfei Zhike Decoction On TNF-α,IL-6,IL-17 Of AECOPD Syndrome Of Stressing Lung With Phlegm And Heat

Research Objectives:This research topic aims to clarify the interference of Qingfei Zhike Decoction on AECOPD TNF-α,IL-17,and IL-6 by observing clinical cases,and deeply explore the actual clinical efficacy of Qingfei Zhike Decoction on AECOPD,so as to further understand Qingfei The effect of cough decoction on the treatment of AECOPD.Research Methods:All the patients in this study were selected from January 2020 to December 2020 in the inpatient department of the Department of Pulmonology,Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and all met the criteria for the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.A total of 72 cases were randomly divided into a control group and a traditional Chinese medicine group.The patients in the control group were treated by Western medicine（in line with GOLD guidelines）.However,the patients in the Chinese medicine group were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Qingfei Zhike Decoction（the decoction pharmacy in our hospital）on the basis of the former.After treatment,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-17,WBC,NEUT,LYMPH,Hs CRP,SAA blood gas analysis Pa O2,Pa CO2,,lung function FEV1/FVC,clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy,TCM syndrome score,etc.,evaluate 2 groups There are differences between the treatment effects and laboratory index results.Data analysis is performed and the efficacy of the two different treatment methods is compared.Results:1.The total number of cases From the beginning of the whole project to the end of the project,Sixty-three cases were completed,and 9 cases were excluded.Among them,there were 4 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group due to severe disease and 2 cases due to other treatment methods during diagnosis and treatment.The total exfoliation rate was 11.11%.Among them,there were 5 cases in the control group,and the total elimination rate was 13.89%.The restructured patients chose to quit the study automatically due to 3reasons,and 2 patients were forced to drop out due to too many basic diseases and severe conditions during the period.According to the previous pathology,the chi-square test（P>.05）indicated that the difference was not statistically significant.2.After they through drug treatment,the effective rate of 90.6%of Chinese traditional medicine group,control group of efficiency reached 80.6%,two groups of clinical curative effect through rank and inspection Z=2.292,P=0.022,P<0.05 the results show that they have difference and have statistical significance,to illustrate,choose joint clearing lung cough decoction of traditional Chinese medicine group is much higher than the control group,the effect of.3.Safety observation and evaluation:During the study treatment,no serious complications occurred in the 63 patients finally included,and according to the laboratory safety indicators,including T,R,P,BP,SCR,UA,ALT,AST,etc.;After treatment,no obvious sharp rise and decline of these indexes were found.It indicated that the two groups of treatment methods had the same safety and there was no statistical significance.4.After treatment,pulmonary function,blood gas,blood routine,FEV₁/FVC,Pa O₂,Pa CO₂,TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-17 of patients in the TCM group and the control group were significantly improved compared with before treatment,indicating that FEV₁/FVC,Pa O₂,Pa CO₂,,TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-17 of patients in the TCM group and the control group could be improved by both treatment methods.After treatment,the levels of FEV₁/FVC,Pa O₂,Pa CO₂,TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-17 in the TCM group were compared with those in the control group（P<0.05）,the difference was statistically significant,and the TCM group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Choose clear lung cough tonga based on western medicine in the treatment of AECOPD phlegm yu lung heat syndrome patients,patients with clinical status of the disease by the patient’s general condition,and lung function index,phlogistic card check index,according to the treatment group therapy has good cure effect,after treatment,the drug can be identified better change the situation,through the inspection results show the method and clinical condition is good,clear lung cough soup has a better therapeutic effect on the disease the patient’s body,but also has good security,worthy of clinical application,can be strong clearing lung cough soup more extensive research and further provide a better solution for clinical treatment.
