Objective 1.Investigate the proportion and basic situation of D-type personality in first-time diagnosed coronary heart disease patients in a certain area of Anhui.2.To investigate the anxiety and depression status of patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease type D personality who underwent coronary angiography(CAG)for the first time in the hospital.3.To study the correlation between coronary heart disease and D-type personality,as well as the correlation between the two dimensions of D-type personality and anxiety and depression,in order to provide theoretical basis and guidance for promoting the physical and mental health of patients with D-type personality coronary heart disease. Methods Adopting the research method of single-center clinical status survey,120 patients with coronary artery disease diagnosed for the first time were selected as the study subjects who underwent coronary angiography in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine and General Medicine of a third-class A hospital in Anhui Province from August 2021 to March 2022,The patients with coronary heart disease were initially screened through the electronic medical record system in advance on the first day after the operation, and the re-screening was completed according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria when the patient’s condition was stable and awake. On the second day after the operation, the self-designed general situation questionnaire for patients with coronary heart disease and the Chinese version of the Type D Personality Scale(DS14)were used,Hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)was used to investigate patients with coronary heart disease. The general situation, personality type and anxiety and depression of patients with coronary heart disease in the hospital were obtained through the scale. All patients with coronary heart disease were divided into type D personality group and non-type D personality group according to the personality type, and were divided into anxiety group,non-anxiety group, depression group and non-depression group according to the standard score of anxiety and depression. The data were analyzed by using the statistical analysis software of SPASS25.0.The correlation between type D personality of coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression was studied by Pearson correlation analysis, and the two dimensions of personality type and anxiety and depression were specifically analyzed by stepwise linear regression analysis. Results 1.Among 120 patients with coronary heart disease,45 patients had type D personality, and the proportion of type D personality in patients with coronary heart disease was 37.5%.2.45 patients with coronary heart disease type D personality experienced more anxiety and depression than 75 patients with non-type D personality(p<0.05).3.The correlation coefficient between negative emotions(NA)and anxiety was 0.572,the correlation coefficient between NA and depression was 0.584,and the correlation coefficient between NA and depression was 0.542.Social inhibition(SI)was significantly correlated with anxiety and depression(P=0.000),while social inhibition(SI)was not correlated with anxiety and depression(P>0.05).4.NA participated in the stepwise regression linear equation of anxiety and depression. The regression equation of depression was Y1=0.467NA+1.175 NA,and the regression equation of anxiety was Y2=0.406NA+0.262.NA showed a linear correlation with anxiety and depression, while SI had no relationship with the equation of anxiety and depression. Conclusion 1.Type D personality accounts for a large proportion in coronary heart disease, which is related to type D personality.2.Patients with type D personality of coronary heart disease are more likely to perceive anxiety and depression than patients with non-type D personality.3.There is a certain correlation between D-type personality of coronary heart disease and anxiety and depression. The higher the NA value, the higher the anxiety and depression score, and the more severe the anxiety and depression mood.Anxiety and depression interact in type D personality of coronary heart disease. |
