Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Bath Combined With Yongquan Acupoint Application On Chronic Congestive Heart Failure(Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome )

Objective:Inspection of the bedside impact of the alliance of foot bath and Yongquan Akupoint in the healing of CHF,to explore the definite effect’s purpose of traditional Chinese medicine external treating on CHF,to provide more TCM methods for the medication of CHF.Methods: From November,2021 to November,2022,there were 70 inpatients with CHF.The diagnosis was made in the Department of Cardiology,Lu ’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Meet the inclusion criteria,aged 40-80,they were stochastic allocated compare team and observation team,35 in each team.The compare team was cured with customary west drug.The observation team was treated with Chinese medicine foot bath combined with Yongquan acupoint application on the basis of the compare team.(1)Chinese medicine foot bath drug specific composition :Epimedium 10 g,Guizhi 10 g,Yanduzhong 15 g,Qiannianjian 15 g,Chuanxiong 20 g,Danshen 10 g,Zhike 10 g,Lulutong 15 g,Honghua 10 g,Huainiuxi15 g,Fangfeng 10 g,Danggui 15 g.Methods : All kinds of medicinal materials were made into powder,washed in about 100 °C water,about 2000 ml,and cooled to about40 °C in the foot bath.The patients were asked to put their feet into the liquid medicine for soaking,and the water was cooled in the middle,and the amount of heated water was appropriate,20 min each time,once a day.(2)After foot soak,Yongquan acupoint application was performed.Evodia rutaecarpa,which had been developed into powder,was added with an appropriate amount of white vinegar and mixed into ointment according to the ratio of 4 : 1.It was placed on the prepared acupoint with a diameter of2 cm and closely applied to Yongquan acupoint,once a day,6 hours each time.3 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment.After 3 weeks,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy,6MWD,NYHA cardiac function classification,LVEF,quality of life score,BNP,hs-CRP and FIB were observed.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,gender composition ratio,course of disease,basic diseases,cardiac function and other basic data between the two teams(P > 0.05).2.By comparing outcomes of TCM description : the total avail quotient of the compare team was 62.86 % after medication,and the total avail quotient of the observation team was 91.18 % after medication.3.By comparing TCM description point redemption: After healing,the TCM description mark of the two team were lower than before(P< 0.05),and the observation team lower more distinctly(P < 0.05).4.6WMD : After medication,The total avail quotient of the compare team was 74.29 % after medication,and the total avail quotient of the observation team was 85.29 % after medication.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).5.NYHA heart function : After medication,The total avail quotient of the compare team was 65.71 %,and the total effective rate of the observation team was 88.24 %.After medication,the NYHA heart performance of the observation team was better than that of the compare team(P < 0.05).6.MLHFQ : After medication,MLHFQ in both team was improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).There were notably differences in physical status score,other status score and total score between the two teams(P < 0.05),but there was no notably difference in emotional change score(P > 0.05).7.LVEF : The LVEF of the two team was higher than that before medication(P < 0.05),and the observation team was more sharply(P < 0.05).8.BNP : After medication,BNP in both team was lower than before(P < 0.05),and the observation team was more dramatically(P < 0.05).9.hs CRP : After medication,hs CRP in both team was lower than before(P < 0.05),and the observation team was more dramatically(P < 0.05).10.FIB : After medication,FIB in both team was lower than before(P < 0.05),and the decrease in the observation team was more sharply(P< 0.05).11.The incidence of adverse reactions : During the medication,1 patient in the observation team had an allergic reaction of redness and swelling of the skin around the plantar tape and several small blisters,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.86 %.Compared with the compare team,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).12.Safety comparison : There were no exceptional in the safety indexers of the two team before and after medication.Conclusion:Chinese medicine foot bath combined with Yangquan acupoint application can elevating the description of patients with CHF,reduce BNP grade,increase ejection fraction,reduce inflammation level,improve blood flow status,enlargement NYHA cardiac performance,improve the life quality of the patients,and clinical drug safety is relatively reliable.
