Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Applicationenhanced And Enhanced External Counter Pulsation On Patients With Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome Chronic Heart Failure

1.Objective:By observing the effects of acupoint application and enhanced external counterpulsation on NT-pro BNP,LVEF,AngⅡ,ALD,6WMT,quality of life and TCM syndromes in patients with chronic heart failure due to yang deficiency and blood stasis,and to objectively evaluate acupoint sticking Clinical efficacy of compress combined with enhanced external counterpulsation.2.Methods: Seventy patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given conventional western medicine treatment plus acupoint sticking combined with enhanced external counterpulsation.After treatment,the indexes of NT-pro BNP,LVEF,AngⅡ,ALD,6WMT,quality of life score and TCM syndrome score in the two groups of patients were changed,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed to draw conclusions.3.Results:(1)Baseline comparison: There was no significant difference in gender,age,duration of disease,and NYHA cardiac function classification between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)NT-pro BNP、AngⅡ、ALD:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NT-pro BNP、AngⅡ、ALD between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,NT-pro BNP、AngⅡ、ALD in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the NT-pro BNP、AngⅡ、ALD in the treatment group decreased by more than 50%,with excellent results.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)LVEF:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in LVEF between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,LVEF in both groups increased(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)6MWT:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the 6MWT between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the 6MWT distance of the two groups increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Quality of life score: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores of the control group and the treatment group were improved;compared with the control group,the treatment group improved the quality of life The quality was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)TCM syndrome scores: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the control group and the treatment group were improved;compared with the control group,the treatment group The reduction degree of TCM syndrome score was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)Efficacy determination:(1)Disease efficacy judgment: After treatment,the total effective rate of NYHA cardiac function improvement in the control group was 61.76%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.91%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(2)Evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement in the control group was 58.82%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.87%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(8)Safety statistics: During the course of the project,no adverse events occurred in patients.There was no significant change in the general detection indicators before and after the subject.There was no skin damage or severe allergic reaction in the acupoint-applied patients.4.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,acupoint sticking combined with enhanced external counterpulsation can further improve the cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure due to deficiency of yang qi and blood stasis,reduce patients’ NT-pro BNP,AngⅡ,ALD,increase LVEF,and improve clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and is safe,effective and easy to promote and implement.
