Clinical Onservation Of Yangxin Dingchuan Decoction Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yangxin Dingchuan decoction combined with acupoint application in treating chronic heart failure qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to provide a new way of diagnosis and treatment for chronic heart failure qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: 80 patients with chronic heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were collected from March,2019 to December,2019 in the second ward of cardiovascular disease department of the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The control group was given standard treatment of western medicine;the treatment group was treated with Yangxin Dingchuan decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of western medicine.both groups were treated for 2 weeks.To compare the changes of TCM syndrome integral,heart failure curative effect integral,serum NT-pro BNP and LVEF between the two groups before and after treatment,and to evaluate their clinical efficacy.Result:1、Comparison of clinical efficacy after treatment in the two groups: the total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.5%,and the control group was 75%;the total effective rate in the treatment group was better,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2、Comparison of TCM symptom scores between two groups of patients after treatment:the TCM symptom score of the two groups decreased after treatment;compared with the control group,the symptom score of the treatment group decreased more obviously,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3、Comparison of heart failure efficacy scores between the two groups of patients after treatment: the two groups of patients of patients after treatment for heart failure effect score decreased;compared with the control group,the treatment group heart failure effect score decreased more significantly,thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4、Comparison of serum NT-pro BNP levels in the two groups after treatment:the serum NT-pro BNP level of the two groups decreased after treatment;compared with the control group,the serum NT-pro BNP level of the treatment group decreased more obviously,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5、Comparison of LVEF levels after treatment in the two groups: the LVEF level of the two groups was improved after treatment;compared with the control group,the LVEF level of the treatment group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangxin Dingchuan decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic heart failure qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome patients have good curative effect,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the score of curative effect of heart failure,the level of plasma NT-pro BNP and improve the level of LVEF.2.Western medicine standard treatment plus taking Yangxin Dingchuan Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic heart failure Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome patients significantly better than simple western medicine treatment.
