| Objective:By observing the changes of various indexes of Heart Failure patients before and after the experiment,and evaluating the effect of"Heart-Kidney acupoint sticking" on Chronic Heart Failure(CHF)and its application value in the manner of designing a control experiment.Methods:A total of 60 cases of generalized CHF with yang deficiency and water deficiency were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups for a 3-month clinical controlled trial,one group was treated with conventional western medicine alone(Control group),and the other group was treated with conventional western medicine+"Heart-Kidney acupoint sticking" treatment(Applied group).Among them,"Heart-Kidney acupoint sticking" is to research astragalus root,aconite,hairyvein agrimony and raw licorice into fine powder,take 10-12g each time,mix with ginger juice,use gauze and medical tape to paste the pills apply to Danzhong and Jingmen acupoints,change the medicine every 3 days,and continue treatment for 3 months.After the treatment,SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze and evaluate the clinical symptoms and signs of each patient before and after treatment,as well as the results of various evaluation tests.Results:After treatment,all indicators of the two groups of patients were improved compared with before treatment,and the improvement of the Application Group was relatively better.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,"Heart-Kidney acupoint sticking"is more conducive to the reduction of BNP level,the improvement of exercise tolerance,the improvement of heart function,the clinical symptoms of TCM and the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure with general Yang deficiency and water deficiency. |
