| Objective:Through kidney invigorate the circulation of tonga astragalus party internal and joint bone cement anchor vertebral plasty in the treatment of kidney and blood stasis type of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,and to evaluate the treatment of kidney and blood stasis type OVCF effectiveness,And the effects on postoperative residual lumbago and back pain,lumbar functional activities,symptoms related to kidney deficiency and blood stasissyndrome,bone density T value,and the probability of vertebral body recollapse.Methods:In this study,a total of 54 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type hospitalized in the Bone Injury Department of Lu ’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 27 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with bone cement anchored PVP surgery.The control group was given calcium carbonate tablets(300mg each,Wuhan Tongji Modern Medical Technology Co.,LTD.,batch number :H42022521)orally on the first day after surgery,one pill each time,once in the morning and once in the evening,with warm water.Observation group was given Bushen Huoxue Decoction plus astragalus formula on the treatment plan of control group,the specific proposed formula is as follows:Radix Astragalus 15 g,semen cuta 15 g,Radix Rehmanniae 15 g,Duhua 15 g,psoralea 15 g,Eucommia ulmoides 10 g,wolfberry 10 g,angelica tail 10 g,Cornus officinalis 6g,cistanche 6g,myrrh 3g and safflower 3g were prepared 1 payment per day.400 ml was decocted by the machine of our hospital and warm taken twice in the morning and evening.The two groups were treated for 28 days.VAS pain scale,ODI dysfunction scale and TCM symptom scale were observed and compared before surgery and on the 1st,7th and28 th day after surgery.T value of injured vertebrae density and imaging data were statistically analyzed before treatment and at the 6th month.Results :1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gender,intraoperative bone cement dosage,T value of bone density before treatment,ODI before surgery and the first day after surgery,VAS,and TCM symptom index by independent sample t test(P>0.05).2.Comparison results of ODI scores: Comparison within the two groups: the scores of the first day,the seventh day and the 28 th day after the surgery were compared with those before and after the treatment in the same group respectively,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the functional activities of the waist and back in the two groups were improved to some extent after the surgery.Comparison between the two groups: Independent sample t test was used,and the statistical results showed statistical significance on the 7th and 28 th days after surgery(P<0.05 for both).After 7-28 days of treatment,the observation group showed more significant improvement in lumbago activity.3.Comparison results of VAS score: Intra-group comparison: the scores of the two groups on day 1,day 7 and day 28 after surgery were compared with those before and after treatment in the same group,P<0.05,indicating statistically significant differences,indicating that postoperative pain in both groups had been improved to some extent.Comparison between the two groups: Independent sample t test was used,and on the 7th and 28 th days after surgery,the results showed that P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After 7-28 days of treatment,the observation group had a better effect in pain improvement.4.TCM symptom score comparison results: Comparison within the two groups: the scores of the two groups on the 1st,7th and 28 th day after surgery were compared with those before and after the treatment in the same group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that symptoms related to kidney deficiency and blood stasis were improved to some extent in the two groups.Comparison between the two groups: on the7 th and 28 th days after surgery,the results showed that P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.After 7-28 days of treatment,the observation group could significantly improve the symptoms related to the syndrome type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis compared with the control group.5.Comparison results of T value of bone mineral density: There was no statistical significance in the comparison between the two groups before and after surgery,and before and after the same group(P>0.05),suggesting that this formula had no significant improvement in T value of bone mineral density in the short term.6.Recurrent vertebral collapse of the affected vertebra: No recollapse of the affected vertebra occurred in the control group and the observation group after surgery,and the stability of the affected vertebra was good in the short term after treatment with this surgical method.7.Overall efficacy comparison results: there was no statistical significance between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),but the cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusions:Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Huangqi Fang did not significantly improve bone mineral density T value in the short term,but after 7-28 days of treatment,it showed clear efficacy in improving pain,lumbar and back function and related symptoms of kidney deficiency and blood stasis after bone cement-anchored PVP,which is worthy of further study.No vertebral recollapse occurred in patients after PVP bone cement anchoring,and this combined therapy is worthy of clinical promotion. |
