| Objective:Of this study was to analyze kidney invigorate the soup of kidney and blood stasis type of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures the clinical efficacy of postoperative pain,and further to explore kidney huoxue soup for senile kidney and blood stasis type of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures of postoperative residual lower back pain,improve the mechanism of action,to evaluate kidney invigorate the soup in the treatment of percutaneous puncture vertebral plasty(percutaneous vertebro plasty,PVP)in patients with postoperative residual effectiveness and superiority of the back pain in order to find out the ways to relieve postoperative pain in patients with,in order to able to long-term use in clinical.Methods:A total of 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were selected to be admitted to the spinal orthopedic ward of the affiliated hospital of jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine on December 01,2019 and December 01,2020.They were divided into two groups using a randomized single-blind method,namely the control group and the experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were routinely treated with calcitonin intrauterine injection and oral calcium carbonate D3anti-osteoporosis drugs after surgery,while patients in the experimental group were treated with bushenhuoxo decoction orally on the basis of patients in the control group.Patients in both groups were treated for8 weeks continuously.And record at the same time two groups of patients with preoperative day,on the first day after operation,postoperative,the second week after operation,the first week after week 5 and 8 weeks after surgery pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)score and preoperative and postoperative three months after two months,bone mineral density(BMD)measurement and its curative effect evaluation of observation,data record after the completion of the use of statistical software for data statistics analysis,results,discussion,and conclusion.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in terms of gender composition,age area distribution,lesion segment distribution and other general data(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in VAS score,ODI score and bone mineral density between the two groups(P>0.05).2.VAS scores of both the control group and the experimental group were significantly lower than those before surgery(P<0.05).VAS scores showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups on the first day after surgery(P > 0.05).However,there were statistically significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups in the first week,the second week,the fifth week and the eighth week after the surgery(P<0.05).3.ODI scores of patients in the control group and the experimental group were significantly lower than those before surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ODI score between the two groups on the first day after surgery(P>0.05).However,there were statistically significant differences in ODI scores between the two groups in the first week,the second week,the fifth week,and the eighth week after surgery(P<0.05).4.BMD measurements of patients in the control group and the experimental group were improved compared with those before surgery,and BMD measurements two months and three months after surgery showed statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).5.The overall efficacy of both the control group and the experimental group was higher,but the efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group when the two groups were compared,and the difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:From clinical observation found in kidney huoxue decoction for the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures kidney and blood stasis type of postoperative residual the clinical efficacy of the back pain obviously,can effectively alleviate symptoms of patients of postoperative residual lower back pain,can improve the patient’s bone density,and can rapidly improve the quality of life in patients with postoperative,curative effect is reliable,and safe method,can promote in clinical application. |
